Pros: Great location! Bed was comfortable, the showers and toilet were nice and clean.

Cons: Very small space. Big luggages won’t fit

Pros: Excellent staffs, spotless clean, well maintained facilities, comfy beds

Cons: Note that they do not provide bathroom toilettries, which is fine for us since we always pack ours and it's also ecological, however if some glasses or mugs could be provided to brush teeth, it would be better.

Pros: The rooms were ideal, the bed is massive and very comfortable! The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly

Cons: The breakfast was on times limited but perhaps that's because we woke up later than the rest of the guests

Pros: Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and late checkout time, by 12am (noon).

Pros: Clean and warm. Room was changed and tidied each day we stayed. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: Some noise from the street with trams and police, ambulance cars.

Pros: The hotel had an excellent location. I particularly liked the decor in the lobby/breakfast area.
