Lovely triplex in the heart of Le Sablon

Pros: Easy to find based on the address, well stocked kitchen with glasses/plates and cleaning supplies. Good check in/out process allowed to leave bags etc on the day of check in and check out. Great location just out of town but in a lovely and luxurious area and walking distance to everywhere. Always felt safe coming and going and a pretty good service overall.

Cons: Got there to no key in the box, called the host and they quickly resolved the problem for us. Boiler went off completely on night one. Reported it the following morning, the apartment got very cold, very quick. Contacted the host again and not so much of a quick reply this time. Had to message on here twice and no reply, then found a number to call, didn’t answer. Sent a message and did get a quick reply to this one advising how to fix the boiler. Did near enough take till we checked out to heat back up again but we did manage. The hot water also went off when this happened. Little grubby around the edges could maybe just do with a freshen up but nothing of concern. Could do with a little manual or book. The response about the boiler eventually seemed pretty written (as if it had happened before) and having this wrote somewhere in a little guide would have helped along with some other basic information.

I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious and in a great position in the city.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property.

We fully enjoyed our stay. The triplex was comfortable, clean and in an excellent safe location.

Pros: The location is perfect, within 10 to 15 minutes walk of many tourist attractions. The host was excellent, always responded within an hour.

Cons: Some paper towels or dish clothes in the kitchen area would be nice. Change the curtain in the 2nd floor bathroom to more privacy curtain would be excellent as well.

Pros: Lovely apartments in the center of Brussels. All within walking distance. I recommend

Noël à Bruxelles

Pros: L'emplacement dans un quartier proche du Centre et de toutes les attractions à ne pas louper et aussi le quartier où se trouve de bons commerces de bouche. Les équipements (vaisselle, verres...), les 2 chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes individuels

Cons: Les escaliers un peu raides et à ne pas prendre avec des enfants en bas âge ou des personnes pas à l'aise physiquement. Problème avec l'eau chaude et le débit d'eau

Pros: L'emplacement est super et l'impasse est charmante

Cons: Les escaliers ! il faut être en forme pour porter ses valises au 2 eme étage ! Les escaliers sont étroits et assez abruptes... Ne corresponds pas pour des enfants en bas age et des personnes âgées. Il y avait tres peu de produit de base dans la cuisine et rien dans les salles de bain... ce n'était pas pratique surtout quand on passe seulement 3 nuits...

logement atypique tout en étage, très calme

Pros: Logement atypique et chaleureux, charme de l'ancien mais rénovation contemporaine. Très belle déco. Le propriétaire répond très vite aux questions. Très calme, très propre, bonne literie. Bel emplacement près de la place du Grand Sablon.

Cons: Escaliers très raides : en même temps, cet escalier d'origine fait partie du charme de l'appartement, cela nous a pas trop gêné, mais cela mérite une alerte pour les parents avec jeunes enfants (main courante sans barreaux) Lorsque l'on pousse les radiateurs à un certain niveau, cela fait un bruit d'enfer. Un peu de gel douche et de liquide vaisselle serait appréciable, et quelque dosettess de café, mais on était prévenu et on a ramené ce qu'il fallait.

The appartment was convenient by its location and amenities. I’m glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Pros: The location is great: the Sablon neighbourhood is very trendy (nice restaurants, shops). Within walking distance to the Grand Place and other attractions in the city centre.

Cons: The parking was a problem: we had to use the public parking, with a short maximum time to park, so we were regularly checking our watch to check the remaining parking time. I was surprised to discover that the access to the appartment is via a narrow impasse. Also the stairs to access each floor is steep and narrow, somehow dangerous. It was a cool feature at 1st sight, but practically it was incomfortable. Luckiky we are still in good shape ! Definitely not recommend for guests with a limiting physical condition/mobility.

Plein de charme

Pros: C'est un très joli appartement au coeur de Bruxelles. Tout est facilement accessible à pied pour visiter la ville et la place des Sablons est pleine de charme. + literie très confortable + disponibilité du propriétaire par mail

Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants pouvant gérer des escaliers d'une autre époque

Pros: L'emplacement permet beaucoup de calme tout en étant proche de tout ce qui est intéressant à voir. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Les douches sont grandes et pratiques. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute

Cons: Les escaliers sont irréguliers et vraiment peu pratique. Il manque un micro onde Un des lavabos était inutilisable mais le propriétaire allait régler le problème. Attention au chauffage, suivant la puissance demandée, cela fait parfois trembler les radiateurs et c'est très bruyant.
