Set in a residential area a 10-minute walk from the historical centre of Ghent, The Aparthotel Castelnou offers spacious accommodation, an on-site à la carte restaurant and a garden terrace. Ace two nights away

Pros: Good location - very good staff - massive breakfasts. Was after Christmas but Christmas Markets and bars in Gent were in full flow.

Cons: Carpark expensive and in plea clean air zone.

Pros: Lovely staff, good continental breakfast, clean rooms. Good location, but a bit of a walk to the city centre.

Cons: Nothing. Everything in the Aparthotel was really good.

Nice personal touch by the personnel, making you feel like more than just another guest.

Pros: Big rooms and very friendly staff. I accidentally overpaid and they pointed it out. They gave me the difference as a refund. The breakfast is also decent. Well priced too.

Lovely apartments with excellent staff

Pros: We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately it got off to a bad start due to a small accident outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful to us which really helped us enjoy our stay in Ghent. Thank you

Pros: The hotel had a dedicated secure parking area for our bikes. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices.

Cons: The hotel was about 15 mins walk from the centre of the city. Ok if you are active/mobile.

Pros: This apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped for a longer stay. We stayed for one night only and slept very well as the room was dark and very quiet! The hot and cold breakfast was also delicious.
