Would book again if I was in Brussels

Pros: The hotel is close to the centre without actually being in it so it is mostly quiet at night yet the tram line outside the hotel makes getting from one place to another so easy. The room was very clean and had everything you could need down to a bottle opener in the mini fridge! The staff were super helpful and did a fantastic job!

Cons: Windows could do with additional soundproofing as I could understand if light sleepers woke during the night due to sirens etc

Pros: Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic - delicious and with a good variety

Pros: Kevin was very kind. When I needed to go to another place, I had left my baggage behind, and he kindly approached me and offered his help.

Pros: As a stopover for business: just perfect. A bit loud and noisy location, but it is not hotel's fault. Excellent place to take a break from a busy day at work.

Pros: I have stayed here on many occasions. I particularly like the staff who I have gotten to know well. Always willing to take that extra step.

I liked it

Pros: The rooms at BW are so cosy. I like the floor to floor carpeting and I appreciate the complimentary tea and coffee. You can also gets some snacks at the reception.

Cons: I got a first floor room and I must admit I was woken up by the traffic a bit after 7. So if you want to sleep in maybe not the best choice.
