Pros: Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and good breakfast

Cons: Doors are not noise-isolated and you hear every step/door opening. I stayed in a recently renovated room/part of the hotel.

Would visit again

Pros: Professional staff, good breakfast menu, close to the European Parliament and the historic royal quarters for work and tourism. The hotel is a lovely old art nouveau building with staircases and long corridors. They also repaired the elevator in a single day when it broke down, they are really on top of maintenance. Very close to the subway/metro station, Brussels has a great public transport system.

Cons: The walls could have been thicker, I am glad I brought earplugs to sleep with. There is also only one small elevator for a lot of guests. It's a shame that there's no dinner.

Excellent place to stay in a pleasant neighbourhood

Pros: I nice and renovated butique hotel located in the diplomatic neighbourhood, which is very decent and clean. Good WiFi, nice breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed. Polite and responsive staff. In walking distance to the historic city center (Gran Place) (15 min.). Good value for money. I was here for the first time in last September. I liked it so much that now I have returned. I truly recommed this hotel to everyone.

Good value hotel in a decent location

Pros: The room was quite big and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is good, a few minutes walk from a tram stop with a decent amount of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall it was good value for money and I'd definitely stay there again.

I love going to the Hotel du Congres, and I think the staff are absolutely wonderful! So friendly.

Pros: I have been a regular visitor for some time, and I like the range offered for breakfast. It is also close to the office where I work, very accessible and central.

Cons: The shower! It felt treacherous and slippy and I would have liked a handrail.

Good value for short stay

Pros: Staff were lovely and allowed us check in early. The room was clean with enough space for the 3 of us, I liked the hanging space behind the beds.

Cons: The shower in our room was a little awkward but worked ok. The sliding door to the bathroom blocked the mirror whenever you opened it, not ideal with 3 girls sharing and getting ready.

Relaxed stay at the heart of Brussels

Pros: Our two days at Hotel Du Congres was amazing from the moment we entered. Our host Kias was very warm, welcoming, kind, helpful. The room was fab with a internal garden view. The bed was good enough. We had the basics like kettle and espresso maker. The bathroom was spicy and span. The location is icing on top. It is walkable to town centre and has great links to bus and metro. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend staying here. Once again I want to personally thank Kias for making us feel at home! Cheers..

Cons: The quality of shower gel lol I mean it is nothing to complain about but just something I'd recommend the hotel to consider. It is a bit harsh on sensitive skin.
