Pros: Nice room, love the decor, spacious and comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast - ambience, food quality and service all exceptional. Good location too, about a 20 mins walk to the main sites, and restaurants.

Cons: We travelled with a dog, normally we get a bowl and bed for him in most hotels. would have been a nice touch, but again - this didn't affect our stay, we all enjoyed it.

Everything was special and I will stay again!!

Pros: It was the second time that I stayed there! The hotel is truely comfortable and the staff was very gentle and ready to answer to my requests! The breakfast and especially the van spot is very intresting. Its also eco friendly and pays a lot of attention into enviromental issues!

Pros: The room was very spacious, as was the bed, making the stay extremely comfortable. The studio was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having coffee and tea available in the room to prepare in the morning was a lovely touch.

Cons: The walk from Brussels North station to the neighbourhood of the hotel felt unsafe, with some dodgy people around and quite some trash on the streets. This had nothing to do with the hotel itself, which was perfectly fine.

A hotel that boasts imagination, fun and warmth!

Pros: The hotel is interesting and beautifully decorated. Lovely staff at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is amazing, such a fun and inspiring set up, great for kids and adults with a sweet tooth! 😉 The room was generous in size, gorgeous views from the 8th floor of the whole city! The robes in the bathroom were a nice touch. The suite also had a mini fridge and flat screen tv.

Cons: I think a few more options in the hot breakfast would have been nice.

Great, modern hotel with the best breakfast in town.

Pros: It's a very nice hotel, with nice big rooms with nice views. Fantastic breakfast!

Cons: Big difference between different staff members at breakfast. Some were quite not up to the task during the more crowded time periods.

We'll come visit again☺️

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Nhow Hotel Bloom in Brussels. The location is great, it's close to the metro, bus stops, the city center, and of course, the botanical garden. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which really made a difference! The room was very comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. We loved the design and branding throughout the hotel, as well as the small thoughtful touches like the complimentary cards around the room with kind words and sayings. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent!

Cons: That said, there were a few downsides. It was quite loud at night and even during the afternoon, which is usually a time to relax or sleep. There were noticeable noises from renovations and from the street, so the sound insulation or window sealing might need improvement. Another small downside was that room service doesn't work past 10 PM. When you return late and most food places in Brussels are already closed, it would be really convenient if room service were available until midnight or 1 AM. Same goes for the gym. We actually intended to use it, but since we were busy exploring Brussels and nearby cities, we often returned to the hotel later in the evening, by then, the gym was already closed. Overall, a very stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel with lovely staff! Just a few things that could make the experience even better☺️

Good value for the money

Pros: Great location, 15minutes from main square by foot, big hotel with everything inside (bar, restaurant, little pop-up store…). Very comfortable big bed.

Cons: Little bit cold for December, heating was not strong enough even if it was put on max. Concrete floor with no carpet which makes the room little bit colder
