Stunning hotel in a great location

Pros: Stunning decor, extremely high quality service throughout, cleanliness was 10/10 and a friendly vibe.

Cons: The staff serving us breakfast and lunch were getting muddled with our orders and forgot things but soon corrected it.

Pros: The reception staff gave a tour of the hotel and the history behind the recent renovations. We have been there before 20 years previously. We love the new design's keeping in themes of the character of the building whole having a modern touch.

Cons: Signage for the rooms is less frequent in corridors.

Really good hotel in Brussel - can recommend.

Pros: Spent a couple of nights there due to work, it was an expensive hotel but the experience was fantastic. The hotel itself I can really recommend, service and staff were fantastic.

Cons: Really cannot find anything I did not like.

Perfect with a bit of human factor

Pros: Welcome and the reception of the hotel did properly well. From the first step of Corinthia you feel that you are entering high class luxury hotel. Personnel is friendly and hospital. Always ready to help or support your needs. All premises of the hotel are in marvelous condition. Truly enjoyed the room and SPA area (big and cosy).

Cons: Unfortunately reception Team could have been more professional. I got guarantee deposit amount debited twice and both transactions with different banks are still Pending having myself with no access to quite and amount of money.
