Pros: Great food not only for breakfast. I like the combination of retro, latino and brutalist style in the room and whole building. Staff was very nice as usually.

Cons: The location and mainly evening returns from other place are not the best due to the location.

Pros: We loved everything from the lobby to the bar, restaurants and the room. We were upgraded to an upper floor room which I would recommend for everyone. The staff was also excellent, friendly and well trained.

Great view and déco but late check-in

Pros: The view from my room on the 16th floor and the « déco rétro-chic ».

Cons: The late check-in only from 2:30 PM (I arrived around 10 AM with the expectation to access my room right away for a shower and a nap).

Really cosy and comforting stay.

Pros: The Hotel was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Our room was the one with the bathtub and it was lovely. The bathtub was really big and had a good view of the city. The interiors of the hotel was very beautiful and had a nice warmth to it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: The location was a little far from the main touristy spots and because it was quite cold it was difficult to walk it off but on a good warm day you can easily do that.

Pros: The upgraded room was excellent. View was magnificent

Cons: Rooftop bar was closed when we attempted to go but that was a sunday so half expected as much.

Great stay and value for money. Location felt slightly unsafe however getting a taxi solves this.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Rooms and reception area were lovely! We ate at Topo the mexican upstairs and food and service was great. Breakfast downstairs was also very nice and the coffee in reception. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: Location - getting off the train felt very uncomfortable. Hotel is located five minutes from the train station which you quickly cross over the road to the modern business area. However wouldn’t reccomend walking from the hotel, I would recommend a taxi.

Pros: The location was good and the service from the staff was great.

Pros: The interior was unique, the view was beautiful, the tea quality was very good, and the staff were helpful.

Cons: It would be practical to have a luggage rack in the room. It would also be nice to include some bathroom essentials and hotel slippers. Finally, a bit more attention to cleaning would be appreciated, as there was some dust in places such as the lamps.
