perfect for our needs.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely; fresh & some things home made. People were lovely & obliging. Beds were comfortable, location is a short walk from the station. Shops are not far.

An absolutely incredible experience in Waterloo!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here. Our hosts were so incredibly kind. They both went over and beyond at every opportunity. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking at a trip to Waterloo. It was a great base to get to Brussels and it was walking distance to buses that took you straight to the historic battlefields! Highly highly recommend!

Cons: Nothing!!! We loved it all!

Perfect for a Brussels Trip

Pros: Very good breakfast with local ingredients and selfmade jams etc. The hosts are very nice people and try their best to fulfill your wishes!

Cons: You are eating in their livingroom. But this is not a problem because they are so nice. They will leave you alone if you want or you can have a nice chat with them.

Cons: Not as central as would have been ideal but still not too far from the centre, and a quick drive.

Quiet location. Friendly hosts who went the extra mile.

Pros: Hosts Anne and Michel very thoughtfully collected me from the train station even though it's only a 20 minute walk. The also very kindly made sure I got to the station in time to catch my return train. My room was very clean and comfortable. Also for me in a very quiet location. The breakfast was excellent. Cereals, toast, home-made preserves yoghurts, fresh fruit etc.

Cons: I would have liked coffee sachets in the room. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

Pros: Anne en Michael zijn fantastische mensen. De accommodatie is prachtig en je voelt thuis. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en ons verblijf was onvergetelijk. We komen zeker terug als we weer naar Waterloo gaan. Muchas gracias!!!

Pros: Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. La amabilidad por parte de Anne y Michael, es destacable. Siempre atentos para hacernos la estancia aún más agradable si cabe Los desayunos son buenísimos, riquísimos, naturales preparados por ellos de sus propios productos. Las camas muy cómodas. Todo fue perfecto y agradecidos por el trato y amabilidad, en los 3 días que estuvimos en su casa. Gracias por todo! Un abrazo!
