Pros: The word of mouth was not very good, but the smell of sewage was only at the entrance on the first floor, so I didn't care that much. I was crying because I was tired with my baby, so I let me check in early. You can use a microwave oven. The staff is kind. The price is good value for the location.

It was a comfortable stay given that we travelled with a toddler.

Pros: Staff is helpful. Close to metro and tourist spots. I appreciated the strong and reliable water supply, heating, and water pressure in the shower. Room service was consistently efficient.

Cons: The cabinets could be improved, as the wooden furnishings appear somewhat really old. Providing guest slippers would enhance comfort, particularly given the wooden flooring.

Nice hotel

Pros: Nice hotel. Good room for 3 people, clean and tidy bathroom, everything was clean. Sometimes the heating was turned off, but as soon as you told them, they turned it back on. The guy at the reception was very polite and helpful. The area is very close to Grand Place and other attractions.

Excellent location, friendly staff, basic but clean.

Pros: Location was excellent for the Christmas Market. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nice size room, clean.

Cons: Stairs were rather steep, but realise that it is part of the buildings charm rather than an issue to be fixed.

Pros: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable and we slept great, blackout curtains were a plus. Location was great, right in city centre and so handy to get to central station. Kept out bags before and after check in/out. There's an alarm on the door so I felt super safe.

Cons: Shower curtain wasn't the best.

Pros: Hotel was very good value for money. No frills but they were not wanted!

Pros: Proximity to best landmarks, only a walk away. There is a lift, luggage storage, bigger room than most we had before, basic needs are available towel, clean sheets, clean bathroom with good hot shower. Allows to order Uber eats.

Cons: No coffee, water to be bought, slightly expensive for value of money.

Pros: I had a great stay at Hotel Windsor. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally good. The price for such a central location is excellent — great value for money. Would definitely stay again!
