Excellent location and super friendly staff

Pros: The location is excellent. I'm pregnant and I ask for another pillow and the manager gave it to me without hesitation.

Cons: The rooms and hallways need renovating. They look a bit dirty and very old. The room need painting and furniture repair.

Pros: Staff was very receptive, informative and accommodating the location was central and just minutes walk to attractions clean comfortable and spacious great value. Would definitely stay again

Central location with comfortable bed and helpful staff

Pros: Perfect location right in the heart of where we wanted to be for one night. Room nice and spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Good bathroom with strong shower. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful when we asked him to pre book airport taxis for us the next day.

Cons: Little bit dated but not a major issue, and walls are fairly thin so if you’re a light sleeper people in other rooms and in hallway can be easily heard.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable room for a visit to Brussels.

Pros: The location, price, and friendliness of the concierge were all exceptional. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. When we asked about storing luggage after our stay, they were very accomodating.

Cons: Some minor improvements to the amenities could be made (our bath/shower did not drain well, there was limited decor in the room itself, and the overall amenities were minimal). The issues were far outweighed by the price and location.

The reception was great, the room excellent, and the location perfect!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this place. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. On top of that, the location is fantastic—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring the area so easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Pros: We were kindly allowed to check in a couple of hours early, which was really appreciated. The free coffee on the first floor was a nice touch. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The only downside was some noise from neighboring rooms due to less-than-perfect sound insulation. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The building’s location is excellent — within walking distance to all the main attractions. Would recommend!
