A comfortable stay, in a great location at the centre of the city close to all the attractions

Pros: The location was great and the staff were very helpful. They let us keep our suitcases in the lobby before and after check in whilst we explored the city. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, would definitely recommend.

Cons: The bathroom wall was peeling and the bathtub was quite old but it did not put us off.

It was good for what we needed, mainly down to location and ease of access and because we were there (as a family) only

Pros: Location wise - excellent! One really couldn’t ask for a better placed hotel, right in the city centre with easy access to basically anywhere needed. Great restaurants nearby, shops and small city-style supermarkets, anything to cater to all needs and wants. Hotel breakfast options were really nice 👍

Cons: The hotel and rooms’ furniture as such are slightly dated, could do with quite a bit of modernising - especially since the prices charged are par with higher starred and definitely more modern looking establishments. Our room’s (family room) bathroom, although as clean as possible, was really not up to standard and unappealing for showering/ bathing purposes - mouldy or fully lacking sealant round bath, bath tub itself showing usage stains, bath stopper and drain half removed and not sure if actually functional. Bathroom sink was half blocked as it didn’t drain properly and by mid day on our second day it was quite smelly…

Pros: The location was excellent, right in the heart of Brussels. So much to see in easy walking distance.

Cons: We couldn't get the aircon to work properly so our room was a little warm, but we just opened the windows.

Pros: The location was perfect it was close to markets, shops and restaurants

Cons: The bathroom let the room down, it was tired and clearly needed updating. It was also very dirty with lots of dust and grime on radiator it also smelt mouldy where it was lacking an extractor fan.
