Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the hospitality.

Pros: We really liked the staff — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfasts were truly delicious and varied.

Cons: After the cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in our room — it felt as if the floors had been cleaned with a dirty mop. Also, the curtain at the bottom was very dirty, which slightly affected our overall impression.

A perfect experience!

Pros: I liked the hotel, the way it was decorated and furnished, the nice atmosphere and kindness of the employees. Although my room was small, it was great and also the breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruits etc. So I have recommended the hotel already to 3 persons and will for sure come again!

Marvelous

Pros: Everything was exceptional: the breakfast was quite tasty, the staff was welcoming. The hotel itself is located right in the center, very convenient. The room and the whole interior is the most beautiful I've ever seen, it was so pleasant to oversee it; a lot of tiny details there as well. This was one of my best stays ever.

Great location and great value as long as you're not a light sleeper.

Pros: Location is perfect. Directly in the city centre and a short walk (10 mins) to the Central station although it's no fun pulling suitcases over cobbled streets. My room was large and met all my expectations.

Cons: Woken up each morning at 05:00 by delivery trucks and road sweeping trucks outside my window.

Great location

Pros: Great location and a lot of thought given to style/ambience. Good-sized room for a solo traveller and good bathroom.

Cons: Decor was a bit on the dark side. While a breakfast was available, the dining area isn't actually run by them. So, if you wanted a dinner there, you don't get any priority.

Pros: I think the ambiance is quite nice. Position is fantastic, 4 min walk to the Grand place (Google). I think it is very good value for the money.

Cons: The room did not have a proper wardrobe. There was in a corner a rod with hangers, in the open. No drawers at all. Perhaps our room was on the small size, but there would be room for a bit of storage, which was not used.
