Great location, lovely staff

Pros: The location is GREAT, 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The staff were super friendly. Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay there again, but it wasn't the best hotel of our holidays in Belgium.

Cons: I only realized at the end of the stay that we were supposed to have a bedroom with balcony and inner courtyard view and did not stay in one of those, but it didn't affect our stay that much. Breakfast was not the best, the eggs were cold on the 2 days we ate there. When showering, the bathroom can get really wet.

Excellent location and pleasant atmosphere, but the value for money did not fully meet expectations

Pros: By far the strongest asset of this hotel is its location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and landmarks, and only about a 10-minute walk from the main square. The entire street and the neighborhood were beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a warm, feel-good atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent heating, although it did have a few shortcomings

Cons: Unfortunately, my room was located in the loft, with only a single skylight. Although it was oriented toward the city and the street, the view was limited to nothing more than a cloudy sky. As mentioned earlier, the entire city was beautifully decorated and in a festive mood, yet I was unable to enjoy any of it, despite the room being very expensive. Additionally, while most of the room featured new furniture, there were clear signs of cost-cutting, such as a TV and hairdryer that were at least 15 years old, as well as a broken showerhead. Given the price, replacing the TV with a newer and larger Smart TV should not be an issue, so guests at least have something to watch when the only view from the window is the sky.

Pros: Love everything about this hotel! Spacious and clean room, love the body wash and shampoo and heater works very well! Got storage room for our luggage. Staff are friendly

Pros: The receptionists were all nice and helpful, the room was clean and had everything we needed and the hotel was very central.

Nice, well located hotel with a good vibe.

Pros: Hotel stuff was very friendly and they helped me a lot - I could leave my luggage, they helped me with planning commuting by the bus, they were just very nice that I appreciate. Location is laso perfect.

Cons: the room is a bit dark but I didn't mind it.
