Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place

Very happy with our stay!

Pros: So centrally located. The room is a very comfortable size. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Breakfast and dinner were really great.

One to consider if you need all your itinerary boxes ticked. 10/10

Pros: Central location with lots of shops, bars and attractions all within 5-10 minutes walk.

Cons: All was perfect.

Pros: Central location and comfortable room, friendly staff. The breakfast is always very good!

Cons: Check-in process was a bit bumpy - I had requested a twin room but was given a king so had to go back to request a change, then had some issues with phone and WiFi. There was a bit of noise from the clubs outside late at night. And I was a bit disappointed when I ordered room service that it was quite basic - not even a slice of bread offered to go with my meal, served on a tray with a paper napkin instead of a proper room service cart. I expect a bit more from a Marriott.

Pros: The location is very central in Brussels, very clean, room was a good size. Would recommend. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

Pros: Great location. Awesome breakfast (squeeze your juice, make your own waffles, mimosa etc). Big rooms.

Great hotel in the center of Brussels, amazing staff!

Pros: The hotel is right in the city center, which is great (if that is where you need to be of course...)! Metro station is in front of the building, so arriving by public transport was really easy The hotel staff was friendly and really tried to do the extra mile in service There where some minor issues with the room at arrival, but one call and all was fixed before you know it. They even offered another room, but this was not needed The breakfast was amazing, so much choices!!

Cons: The point I didn't like so much, like with almost all other hotels/B&B's/etc., is the matras protection cover they put on the beds. I get it from hygenic point fo view, but I would rather have a room being a few euro's more expensive and they replacing the matrass topper regularly, then too not have a proper nights sleep... No matter how comfortable the bed is, this additional plastic sheet makes you wake all sweaty in the night, and when I turned on the airconditioning, it was quite noisy (so needed to use earplugs to cancel out the noise)

Pros: The location is outstanding, right in the city center and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, catering to different tastes. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional. A minor issue arose during our stay, and it was handled promptly and with remarkable professionalism, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, a highly positive experience and a hotel I would confidently recommend.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, very clean and comfy beds and wonderful breakfast.

Cons: Omelette chef could have been friendlier but he did make an amazing omelette.

Overall is good .

Pros: Strategic location, clean linens and comfortable bed, welcoming staffs.
