Pros: The room is really nice, it has proper heater, spacious bed and bathroom, balcony, bathrobe, and towel. The location is also perfect for me and my friend, which is close to plenty of bus stops, supermarket, and cafés to work. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

Cons: The bathroom might need proper liquid soap and shampoo.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location for combined work and vacation trip

Pros: We had a combined work and vacation trip in Brussels, and the location was perfect for both: within walking distance of the European Quarter, and with a bus to the city center departing virtually from the front door. The apartment was exactly as described. There’s also a lovely restaurant just across the street, even mentioned in the Michelin Guide. Welcome drink at the

Cons: On Friday night, the noise and loud music from the cool restaurant owned by the same host were a bit disturbing, as it continued until around 2 am. It’s something to be aware of, even though I was so tired that I still managed to sleep relatively well.

Cons: The building opposite the apartments starting work at 7:30 in the morning presume this is normal in Belgium!

Great apartment. Ideal for families.

Pros: Apartment was great. Very large and clean. Near bus stations. Idea for families. Needed more linens and promptly was delivered them.

Cons: A bit far from center but many buses near by less than 2 minutes walking. There is a bar below the apartment some noise but nothing too much.

Pros: Rafael was available, easy to reach and accommodating. The place is near many metro and bus stop. There are several places to buy groceries or to eat.

Cons: Wifi had some issues but Rafael sorted out
