Amazing stay

Pros: The reason why we picked this place was primarily the location, which did not disappoint. We were near everything, the metro, train and bus station, the main square and all the other attractions were a short walking distance away. When we entered we were surprised by the room size, we only booked the standard room and not the apartment and it sure felt like one. Also, I see lot of bad comments about the staff, yes they do not have anyone at the reception but they are always available online or for even faster response via phone call. We had a few situations where we needed to contact them (we forgot the key card and on the last day we left our luggage in the lobby) and they responded very quickly and efficiently having an easy and fast solution for everything. All in all, we felt very safe and secure here.

Pros: Great central location on quiet street. Excellent facilities and very spacious

Cons: The only way to contact “reception” was by phone

Pros: The location was excellent, it was clean & comfortable. A great place to wind down after a very busy day!

Cons: The WiFi was weak & it wasn’t particularly warm.

Pros: I liked everything: the room with a view of the city, excellent cuisine, coffee and tea to enjoy in the morning, cleanliness in the room, the hotel's location in the heart of the city, close to the central railway station and metro stations, and good shops. The holiday was simply incredible.

Quasi Perfetto.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The central location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons: It would have been appreciated if the bed linen and towels had been changed during the stay.

Great location, nice amount of space - only 1 access card is insufficient

Pros: The location was ideal for access to the centre of Brussels. The appartment was clean and the fcilities were good (apart from my comments below)

Cons: I had an email confirmation of the entry code to the building and the access to the room key card. The access code for the front door was correct, but the one for the key card box was incorrect. I had to ring their help desk to find out that the code had been changed since the email they sent. When we did eventually get in, we discovered the safe in the appartment was locked and inaccessible. Finally, only having 1 access card (which also operated the lights in the appartment) meant that if one of us went out the other would be left in the appartment with no lights! 2 access cards are needed per appartment!

Pros: Room is big, comfortable and very clean. Location is perfect.

Cons: It was not possible any communication with hotel reception. I had many doubts after getting unclear instructions. Very unprofessional.

Great hotel and perfect location

Pros: The apartment's location is ideal, just minutes away from all major attractions. The unit was well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette, a living room with a pull-out couch, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. The space was very nice and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to return.

Cons: The rooms are exceptionally well insulated, effectively muting sounds from neighboring apartments. With closed doors, voices from adjacent rooms are barely audible. However, the windows facing the roadside seem less soundproofed, as noise from the ground floor was noticeable, making it occasionally noisy. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fine and didn't prevent a good night's sleep.

Lovely clean and relaxed place to stay

Pros: Small and well organised with everything you need for your stay. Great bed and shower which is a must for me. Very relaxing space

Cons: Was all good but a nice view would be fantastic and as there is a kitchen they could have left basic things for cooking like salt, pepper and oil

Pros: Location is incredibly central, honestly couldn't be better located. The food hall nearby is amazing!
