Super central in Brussels

We loved it. Great place to stay in.

Pros: It was cozy, in a central location and clean. Great price to quality ratio.

Pros: Central, easy to get in, spacious, adorable host, accesible.

Cons: Sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable and could be cleaner, Kitchen couldn't be used (microwave, coffee machine with problems).

Clean and comfortable place, well located

Pros: The place is very nice and close to everything that matters.

Cons: There are about 6 flights of steep stairs to climb. There is no elevator. So, elderly people need to pay attention to that.

Lovely, spacious apartment with a great host!

Pros: The apartment was huge and in a great location - right in the centre of town and just outside of a metro station so getting around Brussels was a breeze. Very spacious kitchen so we could cook meals easily and not have to spend too much money eating out. And the host was very kind and welcoming - he couldn't have been more helpful, he even offered to set up the sofabed for us! We would absolutely stay there again.

Cons: Just a couple of things: the bathroom might benefit from a better extractor fan as there was some mould growing on one of the walls. The furniture was comfortable but well used (the bed had broken in the middle so it dipped down slightly) and could maybe benefit from being replaced soon. And there was no ice box in the fridge, which made dealing with the heatwave a little difficult. But none of these issues were bad enough to mark down the score! :)

Pros: Location is very good, it is at city centre and very near metro station.

Cons: 3rd storey without lift.

Central location and very convient to amenities

Pros: Location was great, close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to train station, and other sites. Room was well equipped, and comfortable.

Cons: Water pressure in bathroom sink was weak, but shower and kitchen was good. A few coffee pods would have been nice. A couple extra small lamps instead of having to use the large ceiling light, very bright.

Pros: It is a nice self catering unit with a very good location.

Cons: There are very steep stairs which can be a problem. We experienced issues with warm water.

Convenient and comfortable place to recharge after a day of exploring Brussels.

Pros: Excellent location. Everything is conveniently near. Despite being in a very busy place, you can rest and sleep peacefully. The information guide Sam provided was also very helpful.

Cons: No elevator. Going up the 4th floor with my luggage was a struggle. Luckily, somebody was there to help me when i checked out. No shelf or rack inside the shower stall for bathing essentials.

Bohemian apparment with evening sunset vistas

Pros: A Bohemian spacey appartment under the roof, overlooking Place de Brouckere, one of Brussels' major squares, offering lovely evening sunset vistas. Fast and well covered WiFi, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for stretching and yoga. Located only 20 metres away from the metro station, contact person (Sam) was very responsive.

Cons: People who have a problem with stairs will not like going up those flights of stairs to reach the appartment. Entrance to the building is unattractive. Dear Sam, thanks a ton for putting the invoice together for my business stay—much appreciated, even if in the end one had to squint a bit to spot the correct numbers.

Pros: This apartment is all about location, location, location. It is located very central. Just a stone throw from the Square (which is the centre of town. It was amazing. Right next to the entrance of this apartment block is Hector's Chicken and it serves some of the best Chicken wings we have ever tasted. Food outlets so close, we had the best Belgian waffles. The room was cosy, the bed comfortable and the owner was so amazing. He came and assisted us to carry our bags as we are in our early 60's. That was incredibly sweet.

Cons: There is no lift. So if you have big luggages, not the most ideal place. The water pressure for the shower was low.
