3 nights at Happy Homes, Brussels
Pros: Easy location from Brussels Zuid (both walking and Metro) and for the historic centre etc. All very walkable. The accommodation was also very quiet. The electric heating is simple to use for when there was a cool outside at night. A fridge is provided, and while it has a slight hum it wasn't intrusive or annoying when going to sleep. Also a Nespresso type coffee machine was provided with pods, milk and sugar - but I didn't use it.
Cons: First morning discovered that the showerhead was a bit leaky, but I let them know and it was replaced by the time a came back in the evening. Unfortunately in one of the other apartments obviously smoked as tobacco smoke was noticeable in the stairway, but NOT in the room. There isn't a view, but I'm not on holiday to stare out of a window, and as it's on the opposite side of the building to the road it was quiet even with the window open.

Pros: Good central location. 10mins from main square. Close to a metro for getting to the central station (though that is also an easy walk). Big room. Clean. Bathroom big and clean. Communication with the host efficient and easy. Nice bars either side.
Cons: A fridge but no tea/coffee facilities. Seems to be a belgian thing.

An exceptional stay with perfect service, location, and amenities - truly outstanding in every way!
Pros: The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options. The location was perfect - very central and convenient to explore the city.
Cons: Nothing to improve - everything exceeded my expectations! The stay was perfect in every way.

Très content du logement, nous recommandons sans hésiter malgré les petits soucis !!
Pros: Le logement était très lumineux, confortable et nous avons eu l’espace espéré pour deux personnes. Une machine à café était à notre disposition, ainsi que des couverts, assiettes, verres, tasses ou encore du sucre et du lait. Deux capsules de café offert, chouette attention qui nous a fais plaisir !! Le lit était très bien, nous avions plusieurs couvertures de quoi nous satisfaire si nous avions trop froid. Netflix, YouTube ou encore d’autres programmes étaient disponibles sur la TV.
Cons: Tout d’abord la chose qui nous a le plus embêté était la douche. En effet, celle-ci avait deux gros problèmes selon nous. Premièrement, le pommeau de douche était défectueux. À chaque utilisation l’eau partait dans tout les sens. Donc impossible de prendre une douche tranquillement sans être embêté par cette fuite. Deuxièmement, la douche étant assez étroite, le rideau qui était censé protéger le reste de la salle de bain ne suffisait pas. En effet, lors de l’utilisation de la douche, avec le problème de pommeau, toute l’eau débordais de la douche. Appart ces deux éléments et une légère coupure d’électricité d’a peine 10 minutes le soir vers 22h (mais qui n’était pas de la faute du logement selon nous) rien a dire.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo!
Pros: Posizione a pochi passi da MIDI station e dal Centro della città. Sotto alle stanze della struttura c’è un bar ove abbiamo pranzato con gustosi omelette ed un bicchiere di vino rosso!
Cons: Non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno di check-out.

Pros: Absolutnie rewelacyjne miejsce. Lokalizacja idealna. Blisko do głównego placu , starego miasta i innych punktów godnych zobaczenia w Belgii. Od dworca autobusowego również niedaleko. Samo mieszkanie cudowne,urocze z klimatem . Polecam !
