Thon Residence Florence Aparthotel

Pros: The appartment is really spacious. There is also big window in the main room and in the kitchen, so in summer it must be great. The kitchen was well equiped. Bed linen was nice and comfy. We were offered free taxi from the airport, which was nice. Just have in mind, that the reception is about 200-300 m in Hotel Thon Bristol Stephanie.

Cons: The appartment needs some renovation. Especially the floors, floor skirting boards, door and door trim. It is nothing serious, but for the price paid I didn´t expect so many damages. Also roof windows in upper floor were not sealing. But everything was very clean, heating was hot, also the water in shower, so there was no problem at all. Also for 5 nights and 4 people I would expect bit more than just 3 nespresso capsules, no tea, no salt and just 3 dishwasher tablets, but maybe we should have asked the reception to refill it.

In short, I was very satisfied and enjoyed it. Its weaknesses are not really a big deal.

Pros: You will stay in a warm house with all the necessary amenities, even two umbrellas for a rainy day. I just wish there were more. A house for 6 people with a sofa bed that can accommodate 8 people in its large space. Everything was good and very satisfying for someone like me who travels all the time. I give honest reviews. I really enjoyed this apartment and I plan to return to it soon. Also, the backyard is very beautiful and cozy. dish washing machine is a very good point for this appartment.

Cons: Actually both toilets have bidet and it was very good but we needed more toilet paper. the induction stove was a bit complicated to work with. it turned off automatically during cooking. I saw a little bit of web somewhere which I wished was not existed. The lights in my room have been having some issues for the last couple of days. Also, the electrical connections behind the stairwell lights were completely exposed, which seems very dangerous. Unless they are low voltage, which I don't know about. Washing machin was a bit smelly. I think it need to be serviced and cleaned by a technician.

Pros: Very spacious apartament, clean and modern. Kitchen a bit small, but enough space to prepare breakfast or a light lunch. Very large bedrooms, clean bathrooms (4 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms), lovely little terrace to enjoy morning coffee. The residence has also a garden, but it was too cold to enjoy it. Perfect space for families or larger groups. The staff was really helpful and polite. They agreed for an early check-in as we arrived in Brussels very early. I totally recomend the apartament.

Excellent location, very good standard and comfort, but no daily room cleaning.

Pros: I am a returning guest. The residence is ideally located also in terms of easy access to public transport. Studios and apartments are very comfortable and with a nice contemporary setting. The location is very quiet.

Cons: Whilst the Thon Florence Residence is listed by Booking as hotel accomodation, it is actually a longterm hotel residence. This means that your room will not be made daily and your water bottle will not be replaced daily nor will there be daily cleaning of the room. My experience is that for bookings of less than a week, there will be no room cleaning at all. For bookings of a week or more, the room will be cleaned and serviced once a week. This is relevant if, when looking for a hotel solution, you are counting on daily room cleaning and service.

Excellent stay and location for my sister's first ever trip to Brussels / Belgium.

Nice stay in a good apartment with a terrace

Pros: The apartment we rented was quite large and had a well-equipped kitchen. It is in a good location, very quiet, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Brussels.

Cons: The check-in and check-out process for this property is quite inconvenient. It takes place in a different building, which is about 200 meters away from the actual apartment. This means that guests have to walk with their luggage, potentially in the rain or late at night, to reach their accommodation. This setup can be quite frustrating, especially after a long journey.

Good

Pros: The place was calm and has everything you may need (even a washing machine). It is like a house. Having the kitchen and fridge was practical specially for eating at night.

Cons: I stayed 5 nights and cleaning was not done (they might do it weekly, I believe). I run out of supplies (toilet paper, etc), not very practical if you need to take care of, specially if you are on a business trip.

Pros: El piso es muy grande con dos baños independientes de las duchas. Tres dormitorios muy grandes. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Hemos quedado encantados.
