Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a bakery, Lidl and Carrefour nearby. The location is not optimal but manageable. There is a bus line directly to Brussels North with stop at a metro station along the way.
Cons: There was no hairdryer and hand soap. Suggest to add a bottle opener to the kitchen .

Good accommodation
Pros: The apartment was spacious for three people. There was a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. There was a lot of space to put our stuff and hangers for clothes, we were able to easily open our suitcases on the floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was large.
Cons: Some of the dishes were a little dirty so we washed them again. The floor was a bit dusty. Other than that the apartment was clean.

Good value for money
Pros: Very good accomodation for money. Nice neighborhood, near is park, lake and store like Lidl.
Cons: Apartment is located on the second floor of a small house with a very narrow stairs. The refrigerator was not cleaned.

Pros: The studio had every thing we needed. I like the mattress of the bed also my family was quite happy with the sofa bed. We also used the kitchen which equipped with every thing we needed. We didn't know that the owner/ host working in the meat shop next door. So in the end we got some one handing over the key. There was free parking near by. Quite enough space for parking. Depending on where you want to go in the center, there are public transportation reachable by walking.
Cons: This studio may not be suitable for people who don't travel by car. Shower was great, but it didn't have door.. So the water was splashing inevitably every where.Perhaps at least install a shower curtain would help. The pillow was a bit too soft for our taste.

Pros: Beautiful flat! Fully recommended. 30min by bus to the centre, but apart from that it is s really beautiful accomodation and nice neighbourhood.
Cons: Hair dryer was missing, I to request it, I'd be nice if it's already there when you arrive.

A very nice stay. We absolutely recommend.
Pros: Close to Atomium and metro 6, which easily takes you to the center of Brussels. Apartment is newly renovated, spacious and full of light. The layout with open bath (no door) is special but no problem for us. Linnen and towels are provided (4 pillows and two double duveys.) Cold fridge at arrival. Dish cloth and dish towel. Nice hot water in the kitchen for dish washing. Kitchen has what you need. Small dining table sits 4 people. Internet is working nicely. Former guests have written, that there are no blinds by the windows - this has been fixed, which is great. Very comfortable bed. Lets you sleep in, if you can block out sounds from downstairs butcher shop from 7am. We didn’t mind getting up. Weekend was quiet in the morning. Nearby public parking on the street (maybe you have to walk a couple of hundred meters) - safe neighbourhood. Nearby foodstore, bakery, green grocer, café and butcher. Easy check in - Niko came quick and handed out the key.
Cons: It smells a bit in the stairways, because it is shared with the butcher - no smell at all in the apartment. No problem, but probably not suited for vegetarians. The walls could some places use a cloth - minor detail. We sadly had to leave the key hidden at check out, because we waited 45min for Niko, who never came even though we agreed (spoken and written) om check out time. We hope it was okay.

Great apartment, excellent hosts!
Pros: Great apartment! Very comfortable bed! Allowed us to really relax whilst on our working holiday. In a great area, Hosts were very friendly too. Will definitely be booking again in the near future!
Cons: Nothing it was a great stay! Allowed us to relax.
