Pros: It’s a lovely apartment. Very spacious. We were with a small kid and it worked fantastically. Even the cot was properly set up with baby bedsheets and cover.

Pros: We got an upgrade to a 2-Bedroom due to availability. The staff was very friendly and helping. We had a whole kitchen with all kinds of goodies, it was basically an apartment to live in.

Cons: Complaining at a high level, the hairdryer was kind of weak with the airflow.

Pros: The aparthotel has nice well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds and great water-pressure. The staff are very helpful. Although no breakfast options are available on site, there's a few options within walking distance. It's well connected to the city centre via bus but walking is also an option (about 30mins)

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like

Very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others and would not hesitate to book again.

Pros: Rooms were sizeable, kitchen was spotless and equipped very well, bedroom was very comfortable and bathroom had all that was required. Also had added bonus of a balcony.

Cons: I had everything i needed for an enjoyable stay. I have nothing to complain about.

A clean and safe hotel in Brussels, offering acceptable value for money

Pros: We were upgraded to a spacious 3-bedroom unit, which was larger than the room we originally booked. The room was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—just about a 2-minute walk to the nearest train station and bus stop, Luxembourg Station, from the hotel.

Cons: If you park your car in the underground parking garage before checking in, you won’t be able to access the hotel directly from the garage. You’ll have to walk from the dark B3 level of the garage to the ground floor through the vehicle path. However, if you check in first and receive your room key, you can enter the hotel directly from the underground parking garage. As for the hotel room, the wet area (bathroom, toilet etc) hasn’t been renovated, so the difference compared to the renovated parts of the room is quite noticeable.

Pros: It was a clean apart hotel with every utility you would need. Staff was really helpful. Definetely, I would stay there again!

Pros: Check-in and check-out were easy, and it was very convenient to leave luggage in the storage room both before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the train and bus stations, with shops and restaurants nearby, yet still in a quiet area for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay in Thon Parnasse Aparthotel

Pros: We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment that was lovely. Very quiet building and the road outside was quiet. The kitchen had an oven which we needed as my grandson only eats pizzas. Very clean and roomy. Bus stops very close by to reach the places we wanted to go to. It wasn't that far to walk to get the metro. Definitely stay there again. Remember to take your own coffee,tea and sugar. They provided a tea towel, washing up liquid and cloths. Even a dishwasher.

Cons: Bigger mugs and bowls in the kitchen. Oven gloves were not provided.
