Enjoyable experience in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: The hotel is near the city center, you can either reach it by bus (15 minutes ride) or even on foot (45 minutes walk). You get into the property by using a door code previously received by e-mail or message without problems of any sorts. The room I was given was really large and comfortable, there were two wardrobes and a private bathroom as well. Overall, the facility was both clean and silent.

Cons: The only thing I disliked about this booking was that the owner of the hotel will charge you another fee in advance (some kind of deposit on your card) that will only be repaid once you will check out and they have assurance that no damage was done. I guess it's ok on their part, but the deposit takes a long time to be unlocked on your card.

Pros: Room was clean and spacious, the walls were incredibly thin, I felt like I was intruding in someones house. The fridge was not clean and could not store anything in it.

Cons: The dirty fridge, quick double check would ensure and proper to use.

Pros: Our family had two apartments. The keys were in a locked cupboard in the lower lobby and the codes worked well. We had requested rooms in the renovated part of the hotel in advance due to allergies. One of the apartments had already been renovated and it was absolutely lovely, with parquet floors and new furniture. We did not buy breakfast at the hotel, but bought supplies from a nearby store. The apartments had good kitchen facilities. Very good public transport connections, nice park with playground opposite. We would stay again, even in the apartment that had not been renovated, although we think the price is high, especially for an unrenovated apartment.

Cons: We had to enter a lot of information into the hotel's check-in system, more than we usually do in hotels, but we managed to figure it out with reasonable effort, The apartment, which had not yet been renovated, was quite ok, however the furniture was worn out and the carpet was worn out and a bit stained. The apartments had access to a balcony, which was also used by many other apartments. What was disturbing was that smoking was allowed on the balcony, meaning that a smoking person was standing right behind our window and could have come in through our open door. However, there is a locking latch at the bottom of the sliding door that could be used to limit the opening of the door.

Will defenitelly come back again.

Pros: Check in was smooth, room was ready; apt was spacious, included everything I needed for 1-night stay.

Cons: Wifi not sufficient for video streaming.

Wonderful Experience in Brussels

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful even before our arrival. We had some special requests for our stay, and they were very kind and efficient in taking care of everything. The location is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: Very nice and helpful person with a wonderful smile in the reception!! Comfortable apartment, not the newest one but ok. Great water and ice cubes solution. Clean and well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The bathroom door and sink faucet need repairing. No working AC.

Very good value for the money

Pros: the room was very big and well equipped (kitchen, fridge and a desk)

Cons: Air conditioning was not working. Fortunately it was not too hot outside.
