Good choice

Pros: Fantastic location and easy check in arrangement. The studio has everything one would need. Very comfy bed, nice interior, coffee machine and water awaiting in a fridge.

Pros: The room was very nicely decorated. There was a microwave oven, all the cutlery, glasses, a table where we could eat. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Comfortable and clean apartment in a central location.

Pros: Excellent location location very central in a safe neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable room filling filling all our needs. And last but not least, Alexandrina is a very nice and helpful hostess. 🙂

Cons: Nothing.

Pretty good and decent for my needs

Pros: Close to the EU quarter, Planty of restaurants and parks near by.

Cons: Heat was not constant. Two electrical heaters were provided by the host tough so was ok eventually. The shower and toilet are literally like small wardrobes you have to enter in the shower from the side if you’re not 40 kg 🤣

Haven’t met the host, but the stay was enjoyable. Had all the necessary facilities.

Pros: Easy check-in, homey feeling for eastern european standards.

Cons: The draining is not good, I was standing in the water while showering. The light timing over the stairs is a bit short, found myself standing in the dark quite few times.

Pros: Everything! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcome. The location, the cleanliness, the room had everything necessary, and the host was amazing and always available if we needed anything.

Pros: Location was perfect - close to public transport, quiet street Contact person responded quickly. Clean rooms with everything you need for a work trip.

Cons: Only minor things: The shower in room 5 was pretty low for a tall person. It was a bit too cool for my taste during the nights with no heating possible. No light outside the apartment at the top floor

Pros: The communication with the host was perfect The place was cozy and clean The place is in a nice part of the city

Pros: Great location near European Parliament. Apartment was clean. Lots of towels. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Generally good. A bit difficult to lock the patio door. Lighting was a rather dim.

Overall satisfied

Pros: A pleasant place with everything necessary for a practically oriented stay, an excellent location for business trips involving work with EU institutions. The owner is very responsive.

Cons: I would only note a few burnt-out light bulbs that had not been replaced. The lighting in the room seemed slightly insufficient to me, but this is typical of many other places in Brussels, including large hotels.
