Let me move in, please

Pros: I would move into this apartment tomorrow :-) It's a great location in Brussels, close (but not walking distance) to both the Old Town and the European Institutions, but also close to the restaurants, bars and clubs of the Chatelain, the Flagey and the Fernand Cocq areas. There's a Carrefour a few corners away, and a Night Shop just across the street. The apartment is furnished in a sophisticated way. The kitchen and the bathroom are recently reinstalled with surprisingly high quality fittings, not often found in similar accommodations. The room is spacious, stylish, and the bed is a premium one with a premium mattress of the hard type, and premium linen. Lights are warm, elegant and practical, coming from several sources (desk lamp, floor lamp, bedside lamps, pendant). The room temperature was nice and warm when I arrived and it was intuitive to control it.

Cons: Yes, there are some nuisances, you indeed get the key at a hotel reception (exactly 5 minutes' walk away) and yes, there is some noise - it's a busy corner with shops, trams and traffic. But the windows insulate well: when appropriately closed, they filter out much of the street noise. Also, the curtains are thick and might have some acoustic treatment to stop the noise.

Pros: The aparthotel was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a good location (be prepared for the noise from the street- especially from the trams)

Cons: I was surprised to find a sign in the shower warning against improper use with a 200 euro penalty, illustrated in a way that felt awkward and uncomfortable. I understand the hotel wants to avoid problems, but this kind of signage is not what I would expect in a 3-star accommodation and at this price point. It detracted a little from the otherwise pleasant experience.

Pros: A lovely place to stay. Clean, central and had everything we needed. Accommodated us when our booked hotel proved to be dreadful, saved our holiday!

The staff at the reception desk were really nice and helpful people Walking distance to many great spots in Brussels Perfect access to all public transport Surrounded by shops and restaurants and cafes Sound proof Air conditioned rooms Calm space, perfect for sleeping, with blackout curtains, Feeling of home

Cons: The reception desk located in another place (10-15 minutes walk) which was difficult to move around with luggage after a very long flight. The extension of stay had to be done only by personally visiting the reception desk again. I think the apartment could benefit from smart booking system like those of Numa Building groups.

Great studio in the heart of Brussels with reasonable price for the location

Pros: Location Size of the studio Design Comfort Well

Cons: The shower didn't warm up No water in the room even a small bottle

It was great.

Pros: Spacious room, kitchen, albeit in the city the room was quiet.

Cons: Trash leftover from a previous guest in the kitchen with bad smell. Threw it away myself.

Pros: The hotel was well situated, close to communications, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, comfortable and well-equipped appartment. The house was equipped with elevator. Reception open 24/24 with friendly staff and possibility to store luggage.

Cons: No cleaning was included. The appartments are in an annexe 400 meters from the reception area. You have to pick up the keas in the reception before going to the appartment which can be cumbersome if travelling with luggage.

Nice little serviced apartment to stay near Brussels city centre!

Pros: Great location, especially to explore the centre! And we were on the 5th floor so it was a nice view! Had more than we even needed but nicely equipped for those who want to cook, etc. Loved all the windows and lots of light!

Cons: Furniture was a bit worn but this did not affect our stay.

A special stay. Work turned into a pleasure holiday and entertainment.

Pros: A wonderful place ideal for every taste. Bright, clean, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped for every need. Large bathroom and toilet. Kitchen with new electrical appliances for every necessary use. Bed very comfortable and large, large desk and kitchen table sufficient for four people. The building is located next to tram stops and the metro is 600 meters away. The staff is very helpful and polite.
