Pros: Great location (right next to the tram station) with all the amenities one will need.

Cons: Getting the invoice was a nightmare! I had to go back and forth between the hotel and Booking's customer support, each pointing to the other, which made the whole process extremely inefficient.

Good location, well appointed, very friendly & helpful staff

Pros: Rooms appear to be reasonably well appointed, good WiFi and decent sized TV (though a bit limited on choices of channels) Great location for where I was travelling to. Reasonable choice of local eateries within a short walk and a local supermarket. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of items.

Cons: Beds are all singles, side by side, so if I had been travelling with partner would not be so convenient (but I do undserstand this is often the case in Europe, just strange to UK travellers. When you are booking a double rrom, we'd expect a double bed.

Pros: Loved the bath and the little kitchen, excellent room for a great price. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the centre but this was fine for us.

A rest between two long-distance meetings (Ostend - Brussels - Libramont)

Pros: The area is what it is. I met a new, very understanding member of staff who gently guided me to the next team who was worried, for I overslept.

Cons: Why can't we have BBC One? Maintenance is clearly required to the premises. So, Chapeau to the Chamber Ladies! They really make the effort.

Great, practical choice for a business trip to Brussels

Pros: I frequently stay at Citadines Toison d'Or - excellent location with good facilities nearby, very good metro connection to central station and other parts of Brussels, well managed and efficient, plus the rooms are a good size, comfortable and come with a kitchenette.

Cons: Nothing - all very good, and I will stay there again.
