Very welcoming

Pros: The staff where all very welcoming and friendly and would help out if needed

Cons: The pillows was a bit hard for myself but no need to change them.

Pros: On arrival we received a very wam friendly welcome.We git tokens for a free drink and sine biscuits The room was lovely and bright and clean.Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Cons: The coffee at breakfast was not nice at all..it tasted burnt.Otherwise was super. The heat in our room didn't work but the staff on duty immediately got a heater and put it in our room.

Excellent City Break

Pros: Excellent welcome on arrival. Very good level of service throughout our stay. The location was ideal to explore Mechelen.

Pros: It wasn’t my first time here, I love this place: the staff is very polite and welcoming; breakfast is good and location is right in the city center

Cons: The room is quite tiny for two people

A good surprise for one of my first abroad business trip

Pros: Room size & equipments, cheerful staff, cleanliness of the facilities, room soundproof of the corridor and of the other rooms, some instant coffee/tea available for free in the room with a working kettle, a comfy chair in the room (not the usual uncomfortable desk chair that I saw in other hotels)

Cons: price of the underground parking, the elevator was cranky and its key pannel was broken (not really reassuring about its safety)

Family trip

Pros: Breakfast very good Staff super nice Location fantastic Overall, a very good experience for the trip with my family. They also gave us a little present for our kids.

Cons: My stay was very good, no particular pain points. Rather small things, such as no fan in the toilette, air conditioning starting during the night, the sofa bed was not super comfortable
