Fantastic location close to cool bar and great restaurants

Pros: Brilliant location. Comfortable bed, great shower. Nice decor. Water in the room as well as tea etc and biscuits. Excelled my expectations. Beautiful view from room.

Pros: We loved the old town location, overlooking the canal & a 5 min stroll to Grote Markt. Staff were really profesional, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed an amazing NYE in Mechelen. Bottled water & coffee in room a plus. Spotlessly clean and great to have 2 chairs.

Cons: The beds! The top mattress sat on tired under mattress making for uncomfortable night for one of us.

A wonderful hotel with everything you need and fabulously friendly staff.

Pros: I left an item of clothing in my room and I would specifically like to thank Zoe at Reception for helping me by posting the item of clothing back to me in London. Zoe was so patient in explaining the process and so efficient in getting this done. Thank you very much for the kindness and professional attitude, Zoe. The shower was amazing, just by the way. And the breakfasts were fabulous. The mini fridge in the room is a great plus.

Cons: There wasn't really anything I didn't like.

Great hotel - comfortable, friendly and well-located. Highly recommended.

Pros: This a fantastic hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms (especially the beds) and an excellent location. Nice bars and restaurants right outside, and just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and main square.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: The location was perfect, 1km from the station and in the center. The staff were very friendly.

Cons: The toilet smells bad, like to closed water.

Cons: There could be more vegetables at breakfast. Fridge in the room should be on regardless if key card is inserted.

Perfect for a Mechelen city trip

Pros: Very nice hotel in the city center. Great for visiting Mechelen. The staff was friendly. The hotel has a nice historical atmosphere. We also enjoyed the spa on Sunday morning.

Nice location in a nice City.

Pros: Nice room, great location in a nice city. Restaurant was quite nice.

Cons: Shower in bath not great. Advice to get a Taxi, not Uber was bad. Cosy 85 Euro whereas Uber was showing 55 Euro. Driver was good but an extra 30 Euro extreme.
