Luxembourg 🇱🇺

Really nice, professional hotel, easy to get in a lovely less touristy area of Brussels.

Pros: The room is very well organised, super clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and we were entertained by the japanese style bunk beds in the room. Great for a family with young children or 4 young adults. Really nice area and easy to get into the centre of Brussels by tram.

Cons: No complaints. It was great.

Absolutely beautiful stay and gorgeous hotel!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spacious and very well designed. We had a gorgeous room with enough space for myself, my husband and our 3 children! The hotel smelled lovely as we walked in and we were greeted with smiley faces on reception. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Fantastic position with plenty public transport accessibility and some lovely coffee shops surrounding. Aldi is a few doors down too so ideal! The hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable. All in all it was a lovely stay and if we were to return to Brussels, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely break.

Cons: The restaurant food choice was very minimal and there wasn’t the availability to go and get a drink as this again was very minimal choice.

Pros: Rooms were gorgeous, loved the aesthetics. Comfy bed, quiet, defo would stay again.

Cons: There is a sauna and spa advertised, but we didn't realise until we arrived this isn't free to use for guests. It's discounted but at €40 for an hour it was too expensive to justify. Massage is of course extra on top of that, but that's only as expected.

Cons: Room a bit small with a bad view on the car park. Otherwise all good.

Nice and pleasant stay at the JAM 🎶

Pros: Great bed, nice complimentary tea and coffee. Very nice interior. Good idea on TV Set up and guide. Great wifi.

Cons: А bit noisy. We couldn't try the restaurant and bar was closed earlier than mentioned on the tv guide.

Decent stay, but room facilities could be improved

Pros: The room was cosy, and the staff very friendly. There was also coffee and tea in the room

Cons: The mirror on the door in the bathroom was broken, even if it's a small thing, it would be nice to fix it for guests to feel more comfortable

Pros: Very cool hotel with an awesome little rooftop pool bar!

Cons: A little far out of town (so needed to change public transport from Eurostar) but in a very cool neighbourhood

a lovely comfortable night stay here!

Pros: Thank you! A lovely room, which was easy to get to in a nice area not too far of a walk from the city centre, the room was comfortable and clean, the whole place has a nice modern look, the area is nice, located next to bakeries for breakfast and some lovely places to eat.

Cons: for one night it was perfect, it isn't that close to the centre but for us we didn't mind the walk about 20mins, the pool was definitely made for just sitting in it was not warm but not cold would of been more enjoyable as a cold plunge.
