Great location

Pros: Great location in walkable distance from station and all sights. Unfortunately, we were only there a short time and it was very miserable weather.

Cons: There was only one chair, and the little utility room could possibly do with a little screening just to hide the obvious. Minor detail though...

Pleasant

Pros: The property was very central and easy to get to. It was great to have two separate rooms with double beds.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to drink coffee in a tea cup. The toilet door didn’t shut properly and the curtain in the spare room wasn’t long enough. Perhaps a few more pictures on the walls would make it more homely. Besides that we enjoyed staying there

An excellent apartment for a short stay in Gent

Pros: Apartment was well located to the central area of Ghent. Self-check in worked well. Some good recommendations from Oliver and Julie of where to eat.

Cons: You could hear movement from the room above. A minor point - the tea cups could be larger.

Pros: The accommodation was as described, really big bathroom. Price/quality for Belgian prices was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the flat is nearly to the city Center, 30 min to the main train station. The view from the window is amazing, which you can see on the photo

Cons: The message how to find the accommodation was not correct, and we struggled to find it a little bit, as there was a lot of stairs The curtain in the bathroom is useless. There were no trash bin, only the small one in the bathroom . We also had only one toilet paper roll for three days for 2 person. I knew about this, but it would be perfect if there was a small fridge at least. There are no plates or knifes, forks etc If all of this would be improved it would be nearly perfect accommodation. Regardless it was good

Wonderful location, friendly host, but many steep stairs to your room

Pros: Oliver is a wonderful host for this small guest house. The area has many bars and cafes nearby and is a short walk to the center. But the stairs are steep and there were 58 to the room I stayed in so only book if you're comfortable carrying your bags up and down.

Pros: The location is excellent, with the apartment being just a few minutes walk from everything

Pros: This place is perfectly located in Ghent to enjoy the city. The room is spacious and the bathroom is well fitted.

Cons: The stairs to access the room are not very safe to access the first floor as well as not having much light to get to the second floor

Pros: Everything was great, clean, warm place in great location! What’s more incredible stuff, I lost my key, the owner came in the morning and left the new one, he didn’t charge me for the one I lost, he was very nice and supportive!

Pros: nice and friendly owner. The description of the housing fully corresponds to reality. amazing location. They thoughtfully sent a message with information about possible places to eat and they all turned out to be amazing.

Pros: Excellent bed. Good shower. Nice bathroom. Location can not be better. I had a food poisining and they did everything they could to let me in the room early.
