Fuths Penthouse 55

Highly recommended. An ideal base to explore this wonderful city.

Pros: Very comfortable attractively located penthouse apartment. Fabulous views of the city across the park and sunsets were particularly spectacular. It is cosy, stylish and well equipped with plenty of storage. This was particularly welcome after staying in a couple of hotels with limited space (in Brussels and Bruges). Good local facilities and the historic centre and south Antwerp are within about 20 minutes' walking distance (although tram routes and the train station are close by). The hosts were very welcoming and informative (there's a handy file in the apartment with lots of recommendations for cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and attractions). Excellent value for money.

Lovely, comfortable apartment with great views over the city.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, well equipped penthouse apartment with a great view across a park towards Antwerp old town and in easy reach of the central train station. Host was very accommodating, kept us well informed of a small change to key collection and offered to come over to tell us about the city.

Cons: A couple of very minor maintenance items (the toilet seat cover was not attached) - but nothing of any consequence. The lift to the apartment is small, only an issue if you have a lot of luggage though.

Pros: Rooftop terrace is great. Communication with host is easy

Great place to stay in the centre of Antwerp.

Pros: Lovely appartment, great views, everything we needed was there. Close to the theater and the railway station. The host was very friendly and helpful, even had some cold Belgian beers for us in the fridge.

Cons: For the price, we would have expected a little more luxury. Also, the building (stairs, elevator) is a bit cramped. Still a great place though.

why stay in hotel when you can have an apartment

Pros: the apartment was amazing. had everything one needed. the views and sunsets from the patio are just breathtaking. the apartment is in a great location. walking distance to all major attractions.Daan is an exceptional host. very attentive and met us when we arrived gave us a tour of the apartment and gave us advise on places to go. he is just great.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Pros: The welcoming host Daan met us on arrival and was on hand should we have needed his assistance in any way. Superb location overlooking a park and the city. Excellent views from the rooftop outside terrace. The accommodation was perfect for our stay providing us with a comfortable bed for a good nights rest. The spacious lounge/ dining area was well decorated and furnished making for a relaxing space with doors leading out onto the rooftop terrace providing great views of the city and surrounding area. A small but perfectly adequate kitchen was available for us to make food and drinks. Every aspect was conducive to a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would recommend Fuths Penthouse 55 to anyone.

Very special place - a real trouvaille!

Pros: Very good situated opposite stadtpark in the middle of the city, marvelous view from the terasse, privacy. Carefully designed interior with a lot of lovely details.

Cons: Parking is very expensiv-a bit complicated to download luggage and bring it up through the very narrow starecase and elevator.

Pros: Daan is a great host. He met us in person to hand over the keys and explain everything. He also gave us great recommendations in the city. The flat was really nice and cosy. Highly recommend.
