A great option for Antwerp

Pros: This is a great option for a stay in Antwerp. A very pleasant, spacious and clean flat within walking distance of all the attractions as well as the trendy 'Zuid' area. It is excellent value for the city. Host Tea is very helpful. One warning: the flat is not suitable for people with mobility problems as it is on the third floor accessible by a pretty steep staircase.

Good value apartment in central Antwerp

Pros: Location for us is perfect as we were visiting family who live in same street. Restaurants, bars etc. on doorstep. Very comfortable, good value apartment.

We had a lovely time, Coco’s Place was a calm, homely base that made our trip feel extra special.

Pros: Coco’s Place in Antwerpen Zuid is lovely! Located in the heart of the vibrant South area, it’s surrounded by lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded to our messages very promptly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. A perfect base for exploring Antwerp! We had an amazing time.

Cons: Not a problem at all for us but important to note that it’s located on the 3rd floor with narrow steep stairs, so you’ll need to be reasonably fit to climb up.”

Quick trip to Antwerp, relaxed and comfortable accommodation!

Pros: The property was exactly as the photos, spotlessly clean and well resourced. It was a short walk into the centre or we could have taken a tram. As we had late arrival we were offered the chance to checkout later the following day which was great!

Pros: Such a nice place in a perfect location. Love the design / layout and has everything one would need. Quiet street close to everything. Super helpful and responsive host - she even let us drop out bags early.

Pros: Fantastic place to stay, and very friendly and responsive host! Stayed with 3 kids and 2 adults and we all had plenty of space, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including coffee and tea! Great location, we will definitely book here again!!

Pros: Beautiful apartment with comfy bad. Kitchen has everything what is needed for short stay at least. Quiet neighbourhood in walking distance from city center.

Cons: Keep in mind that it is on third floor with narrow stairs.

Coco's place cozy and clean

Pros: Appartment was nice and spacious for two people (besides the stairwell). Facilities were good and everything was nice and clean. The appartment is close to the city center and in a quiet street.

Fijn en sfeervol appartement

Pros: Een net, schoon en sfeervol ingericht appartement, gelegen op een hele fijne locatie vlakbij het centrum (loopafstand). Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen Antwerpen was aanwezig. Luxe handdoeken en beddengoed. Het contact met de eigenaresse was ook heel prettig.

Cons: De slaapbanken liggen vrij hard. We hadden ook wat geluidsoverlast van de gevangenis die vlakbij gelegen is. Het goede nieuws is dat in 2026 de gevangenis wordt verplaatst naar buiten het centrum (voornemen: april 2026).
