Cosy duplex in center of Brussels

Pros: Everything was great, apartment and its amenities were very good.

Cons: The apartment is on the 4th floor, which is a bit challenging with bags, but we stayed knowing that. Despite this, I would stay here again.

Pros: Good location and very large, clean apartment. Recommended. I will return.

Pros: Lovely apartment with 2 double beds. Very clean and plenty of space.

Cons: It could do with a small sofa or comfy chairs. The bathroom can't be open from inside, which could, potentially be dangerous.

Pros: The apartment was good and comfortable. Though it was a one night stay, I could see the kitchen area was adequate. Owner is very responsive and shared all the details on time.

Cons: Owner could consider putting in darker shades in the bedroom especially during the longer days. Also, no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck going up the stairs.

Pros: We especially liked the proximity to lovely Cafés (Hinterland etc.) & to the city centre (approx. 30 minutes walk or bus/tram)!The appartement itself is basic in its design but spacious & clean (plus there is a washing machine & a dish washer), however we didnt spend that much time there so cant really comment on it! Overall really good value for Money!

Cons: The stairs are quite tricky-really narrow & the last step on each stair is steeper than the other ones!Nothing the appartement owner can influence but it might be helpful to know!

Pros: The duplex was beautifully presented and was equipped with everything needed for our stay. Spotlessly clean. Very nice area with shops and restaurants.

Cons: The stairs. We did not expect them to be quite so steep. While it did not cause us any problems, although two of us are in our seventies, it could be difficult for some people.

excellent choice in Brussels. Especially for mid- to long- term stay.

Pros: very spacious apartment, very quiet and clean. Location is convenient for many destination within Brussels, especially city center, Louise area, European institutions. A lot of facilities, very convenient for medium to long stay (real efficient kitchen). If venue with car, easy to park around.

Cons: Very minor details can be easily addressed to still improve the stay to an excellent level.

With better communication/ welcome info would be excellent choice for a short city break

Pros: Clean and warm in a nice location; lots of restaurants & shops nearby. About 20min walk to centre and tram stop within a few minutes walk.

Cons: Difficult communication to gain info re: check in arrangements. Emailed twice a few days before arrival with no response. Rang the contact number on arrival in the city to be told the info had been sent via booking.com. This had not happened.Very frustrating when arriving in a new city. Eventually got sent a text with access code to building , apartment was on 4th floor and key left in the door.. Other than check out time (11am) , no info pack available re: check out instructions ( where to leave key/ empty bins etc) . Obviously a new renovation which has most things you need , would suggest extra pillows and possibly would benefit from a small sofa/ comfy sitting area .

Overall, I would highly recommend the place for a family or a group of friends, quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: The apartment was brand new, with good facilities provided to us. We had all the toiletries, towels- everything one would need during the stay. The host was very gracious and checked up on us during the stay. The tram stop was about 2-3 minutes away, so well connected. We did not face any difficulty during the stay.

Cons: The check-in process could have been smoother. I had to try and contact multiple times to get the check-in instructions, but after that, it was great. He even came up to check up on us! It would have been great to know there was no elevator to the third floor; we came with old parents who could not climb as much.
