Great apartment, great price, great host

Pros: Beautiful apartment, good amenities, spotless and bed really comfortable. Really friendly and helpful host. Bathroom listed as shared but didn't see anyone else using it. Tram stop across the street or 30 minute walk through shopping streets to city centre. Plenty of restaurants and a corner shop nearby, sushi place round the corner really good. Felt safe walking at night alone.

Cons: Not a problem for me but be aware it's up a couple of flights of stairs. Street noisy at times on weekend but can't hear from the bedroom.

Nice place to stay

Pros: Good communication with the owner. He was there at the agreed time to let me into the apartment without any hassle. Well set out apartment with everything that was required for the stay. Good to have a washing machine available. Close to tram stop to get into the city centre. Some good supermarkets and eateries close by

Cons: Not an issue for me, but there were 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. Toilet/bathroom was private but in a separate room down a flight of stairs, so would not be the best if there are mobility issues. A bit of noise from the tram line that runs outside the apartment in the kitchen and lounge areas, but the bedroom is at the back of the unit and quite quiet once the door is closed

Well located near tramway and accessible by foot. Very clean flat and flexible host!

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect, very close to various tram stations from where you can reach different places all over the city . The apartnent was very clean and well equiped with everything that you need.

Pros: This was my second time in this apartment. I chose it again because I was satisfied the first time. The strong points are still the location, the cleanliness and the flexibility of the hosts. Cons: Because of the nice weather I opened the window(s). The good news: the windows' sound insulation is superb. The bad news: the street is noisy at all times, even late at night (tram, trucks + a hostel opposite the street). The noise is gone once you close the windows, but if you want some fresh air you'll get some street noise too.

Pros: Very Good area close to Chatelian, house was extremly clean and cosy, and owner very polite and welcoming.

Pros: Very good location. 1 min to tram stop. Good neighborhood. Comfortable apartment. Easy to find. Easy to get the key. The host lives in the same building, however speaks limited english. Bathroom is big and well equiped

Cons: The problems are minor: - very steep staires to 2nd floor (no problem for me as I did not have a big suitcase) - bathroom is not en suit but half a floor down from the apartment - the windows are very small so not too much daylight (did not disturb me)

Pros: Central location, big rooms, modern kitchen. The street is very lively, so not exactly quiet in the evenings, but was not a concern for me. The bedroom is on the back yard side, so it is more quiet. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is shared with another apartment, but I've never came across the people I've been sharing bathroom with.

Cons: On the down side, the room is rather dark - the windows are small and at the knee height, but maybe that's not too bad in the summer. The weather was quite hot during my stay, but it didn't get too hot in the apartment. There could also be a bit more dishes and utensils in the kitchen. I direly missed a teapot and a kettle, as well as a bottle opener.
