Cons: Nothing I can think of

Pros: I had concerns before as I was worried about the possible noise from the airport. In fact it was extremly quiet. I slept like a baby. I liked the door in the room which can close both the bathroom or the bedroom, limiting risks of noise from the corridors. The breakfast was very varied and excellent. The room and bathroom had been renewed recently and was very clean.

Cons: The location is not easy to access. The best way to come from Brussels city center is to take a taxi.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel because I had to be at NATO headquarters at 8-45. from there it was exactly 7 minutes on foot. It takes 45 minutes to get to the city center by car in the evening (rush hour) and 20 minutes in the morning. Very convenient parking at the hotel for 14 euros per day. Large and tasty assortment for breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, good price.

Pros: Clean - room and hotel. Comfortable beds. Social area to sit and relax with a bar. Great grass area to walk dogs outside. Location good for Expo.

Cons: Nothing serious, just little observations. The mattress toppers kept starting to slide off whenever you turned over in bed, so needed to keep pushing them back. Not enough plug sockets if you need to use/charge up a couple of technical gadgets. A kettle in the room would be great!

Pefect location for people that arrive late or have a flight early in the morning.

Pros: The room was very clean, the staff in very kind. The airport has a great location, public transport is very close so it is easy to get to the city center. The staff was also very kind and helped us with booking the taxi to the airport.

Cons: I liked everything!

Convenient location and very good value for money.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was completely fine. Good facilities at the hotel (Ibis Kitchen and bar etc). WiFi connection is essential and worked well. AirCon within the room means guests can control the temperature.

Cons: Check in process needs to be speeded up, as it takes time and a queue of guests builds up. Rooms will need a refurbishment in the future, though currently adequate.

Practical and clean hotel, if you need to be based in the NATO/ airport area for a short time.

Pros: Very clean room (cleaned every day and ventilated). Nice, friendly staff always helpful. The hotel is pleasant and comfortable (modern lobby furnishing, some snacks available, reception always staffed, staff speaks multiple languages, guests generally respectful and not loud etc.). My bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The room has an uncomfortable wooden chair. I had to work long hours at my desk and my back hurt. The breakfast (18 euros) is expensive and very repetitive.

Ibis Brussels Airport is the wonderful place to stay

Pros: As a member of Accor, Ibis hotel remains my best hotel for all my stays abroad. I really liked the Ibis Brussels Airport and especially: - The location next to the streetcar station and 5' from the airport, - my very comfortable suit - I liked the fact that there were two types of shower gel available. One for the body and another just for the hair. - the toilet door, which also blocks the entrance to the bedroom - the design of the entrance hall, which is truly magnificent. I loved the style of the colors, the installation of the flowerpots, the paintings and so on.

If you have flight early

Pros: Breakfast is decent though selection of options is limited. Starts from 5am. Staff solves problems immediately. Close to the airport, so could sleep longer. Has dinner place and bar for the evening.

Cons: Facility is used heavily. Some things are very basic. No water or coffee making equipment in the rooms.

Excellent

Pros: The location is good, around the hotel is quiet, food are ok
