B&B HOTEL Brussels Airport

All you need for a short business trip or layover in Brussels Airport area.

Pros: Good location, staff very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast, nice welcoming and convivial hall. Great value for money.

Pros: A small supermarket is located a short distance away, giving you the chance to buy anything you might need. The staff is kind and very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The only thing, though this is just a personal opinion is that I would rather pay a little more for the room than find the surprise of parking at 20 euros per night.

Cons: I didnot like just two things which is about water facility like they have no water in rooms just please change this thing atleast put water bottle or jug in room its good for night time and television as you know people from different countries came there should be setting in english language but when i asked they said setting is not possible its a issue for guests as i feel boring in room because the tv is in french language otherwise everything is excellent

Receptionist needs better customer service skills

Pros: Perfect location for the airport and for visiting other towns around Belgium. Especially if you have a car. Facilities are great! Clean rooms and comfortable. The lounge area is spacious and welcoming and they have a big car park.

Cons: Unfortunately the receptionist we've had, was not interested in giving us info. We had to question him about breakfast, parking and other things. He just gave us the keys and sent us off. He didn't specify that breakfast on weekdays were from 6-10 and not 6-11 as he told us, so we missed breakfast one day. Staff needs to be more attentive. Not sure if everyone was like this or we just had bad luck

Pros: The hotel is brand new, very clean and welcoming! Beds are comfy, the rooms well tempered and spacious, everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful, free parking, complimentary (and very good on top of that) coffee, tea and water in the lobby. Plus fantastic and convenient location right next to Diegem station, meaning you can get to Brussels central station in less than 20 minutes.

Pros: I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even more pleasant. The room was spotless, quiet and cozy — a perfect place to relax after a long day. Thank you for the hospitality; I will certainly return.”
