Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport

Pros: All was fine in the room and breakfast was very good

Cons: The wifi didn’t reach my room

Comfortable hotel in a good location with excellent staff service

Pros: Great hotel in a great location with very helpful staff.

Cons: The shuttle bus wasn’t as frequent as it should have been and we were left waiting at the airport for too long. Having said that, the hotel management did do the right thing in terms of some compensation.

Very good in spite of due to customer service

Cons: There was a smell of sewer sometimes at reception Breakfast ran out before advertised times

Pros: Nice new hotel, clean, modern and silent rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Room windows cannot be opened and I could not change the settings on the room climate control unit to get fresh air in, as the control unit indicated air circulation within the room only. Restaurant food is not great although the staff offered compensation. The kitchen staff needs training as the faults where easy to correct ( way too much Rouille in the fish soup; overcooked/ burned grilled vegetables) I was not impressed with the breakfast either.

Superb Hotel which we will use again if we return to Brussels.

Pros: We were in Brussels to watch the cyclocross racing. The race in Diegem was only 20 mins walk away and the race in Baal a 40 min drive. This made the location of the Hilton perfect. The hotel staff were all very helpful throughout our 4 day stay. The breakfast was great as were the evening meals, a limited menu but the food itself was well above average for a hotel. We arrived by car, the underground car park was very secure with large packing spaces at a reasonable cost.

Cons: The drink making facilities in the room was a little below average. Paper cups and no milk sachets. If you like to unpack your suitcase you will have a bit of a problem as there is very little draw space.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay as a family. The food was enjoyable and well-prepared. Overall, it was a superb experience, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel.

Great location for the Airport

Pros: The Hotel is brand new and very modern. I would highly recommend it. The cleanliness was exceptional, and at breakfast there were a lot of choices, really nice.

A hotel with practical location and all the services needed for the night before your flight.

Pros: The breakfast included the basic selection for this type of hotels and met the expectations. The room was clean and modern. The fridge in my original room did not function so I was given another room, which was a superior room. The room was very spacious and had also a nice coffee machine. The restaurant had a nice selection of food and drinks. The shuttle service functioned well. Overall, everything functioned well. Good option for spending the last night before your departure!

Cons: My first room had a defunct fridge and in the restaurant I was first brought a wrong portion of food. However, these situations were solved very well. For the fridge I got to change the room and I was upgraded to a superior room. In the restaurant I got the right food after a short wait and the service was very friendly.

Pros: Room was very clean and new. The bed was extremely comfy as I slept like a baby. It also helped that it was connected to a business center so I was able to work in comfort. I highly recommend staying here, even if you plan to be in the main center for the most part. It's worth taking a taxi or bus at the end of the day for.
