Very comfortable

Pros: Friendly welcoming staff. Free mineral water in fridge. Comfortable bed/room. Very clean and spacious. I appreciated that you can adjust the heating and airflow settings to your preferences. Shuttle service to airport is excellent.

Cons: Drop off was hard. Our driver had to partially park on the street. We had to walk through the rajn and wind. No area in front of hotel entrance to unload.

Perfect hotel near the airport

Pros: They upgraded me to another type of room, which was really appreciated after a long day I had. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I experienced in the hotel, and the bathroom in my hotel room was huge, I really loved the massage bathtub. Room was also really modern and equipped with everything you might need. The restaurant in this hotel is also amazing. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! Everyone was super nice and helpful. If I'm ever in Brussels, I will be returning to this hotel.

Sjort night before a leisure-trip and 2 weeks later dor a business trip

Pros: The quality and service is what one can expect from a Van der Valk with the bonus of a shuttlebus to the airport and the ability to leave your car there whilst on your trip. It also has tesla fast-chargers.

It was a great stay, although a short one.

Pros: Our room was amazing and met our expectations. The bathroom and bath were great as well. The hotel’s location was perfect, especially since we had to leave for the airport around 3:30 AM to catch a 6:00 AM flight to Lisbon, Portugal.

Cons: To get to our room, we first had to go to Level 1, then follow yellow signage through the corridors, and finally take another lift to Level 2. It wasn’t ideal and was a bit annoying, but I understand it’s likely due to the hotel’s layout.

Great rooms and breakfast

Pros: Amazing breakfast!!! overall it has been a long time since I had such a great room for the right price, like in this case. Staff was really polite and the rooms were really comfy Another extra point was the ironing station in all the floors, a must!

Cons: The parking payment was a little bit of hassle, as it was not really clear how to proceed with the payments

Pros: Everything from the moment we arrived at the hotel . Staff were exceptionally nice , room lovely and bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good also. Came back and stayed another night before we went home.
