Extremely pleasant

Pros: Everything, but above all the staff. Ghizlane and everybody else were absolutely brilliant, we can't wait to stay there again. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cons: The price for the carpark.

Pros: Everything was good. Close to metro station which was very good for access to the city centre

Cons: Would have been nice if was tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Nice place but please mind the location.

Pros: Quite a nice place to stay and in my view a very good price/quality ratio.

Cons: A big disadvantage is the location if you try to access it by bus/public transport. We had to take uber on Sunday otherwise we would not be able to get there. In the morning it is easy to get to the city by train that is nearby, however the train does not operate in the evenings (at least on Saturday and Sunday) so mind that when planning your trip.

Cons: The pillows, it was like sleeping without. Could've probably asked for 5 more 😅 Cleaning lady had forgotten 2 pillow cover in the room

Pros: It was very clean, cozy and had all what I needed.

Cons: I wasn’t able to find a plug for my hair straightener on the toilet.

Perfect location

Pros: Very comfortable beds, quiet room. Friendly reception. I chose the hotel to be close to an event.

Cons: Pentahotel sends you whatsapp messages at 7h in the morning, you can unsubcribe or mute the chat.

Pros: Friendly helpful receptionist and 24/7 open bar

Cons: They left the AC on and it was a little cold in the room but apart from this everything was 10/10

Cons: No kettle in the room. Would have liked a coffee in morning before leaving

Very good stay near Brussels Airport

Pros: My expectations are normal for this hotel but it was really good stay , staff (at the reception) was very friendly, room was small yet well maintained and clean , food at the restaurant was ok too

Cons: Bit far away from the airport ( when using public transport) but majority airport hotels are in this area.
