Triplex près de la Grand-Place

Great location, friendly service and well secured location. Photos don’t do the place justice!

Pros: Location was great! Very convenient to get to main tourist locations in Brussels!

It was thoroughly enjoyable.

Pros: The house I rented through Booking was exactly as described! Its location was fantastic—close to the city center yet in a peaceful neighborhood. It offered easy access to transportation, with restaurants and markets nearby. The comfort of the house exceeded my expectations; it was modern, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was spacious and practical. This stay was definitely one I’d love to repeat! Seeing every detail described on Booking come to life was truly satisfying.

Pros: Apartment was really interesting as a positive way. 5 levels with a different options was fun!

Cons: It is not for a people with a bad legs, because stairs.

Pros: Location was as advertised. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to La Grand Place.

Cons: The experience can be improved with more specifics of recycling as well as local recommendations for groceries, dining, etc.

very quiet appartment within walking distance from the Grand Place.

Pros: I really liked the fact that the apartment is very quiet, had comfortable bed, with all windows facing the inner courtyard - that was my main reason for choosing it in the first place. The hosts gave very detailed and illustrated instructions how to reach and enter the appartment (lock codes for check-in and out) and kindly provided free sugar, salt, peper and tea and coffee capsules enough to last for a few days' stay.

Cons: The appartment is situated over several floors - the kitchen+WC in the basement, one room on the ground floor, bedroom and living room with TV on 1st+2nd floors and a spacious shower+WC on the 3rd. To reach all these floors one has to move over spiral staircase, which are rather narrow and may be tricky for very tall people, people with mobility issues or elderly. I ended up keeping all my things on the ground floor to avoid moving a heavy luggage upstairs.

Pros: The location. If you are a Tintinophile, then you would be delighted at the location. It’s just 5 houses away from Tintin’s own house (rather Herge’s grandmom’s house).

Cons: Nothing to dislike

The apartment had all you’d want, in a central, but quiet, area of the city.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable, with some nice welcoming items. The facilities were all that I was expecting and everything worked well.

Cons: The spiral staircase was slightly annoying. It’s very cramped and you need to use it all the time because everything is on different levels. As a reasonably fit pensioner it was OK for me but I can see that people with any sort of restricted mobility would struggle. This is a minor comment, but maybe there should be a bit more of a warning in the booking.com publicity.

A very clean and well appointed property close to all facilities, including a metro station.

Pros: Excellent, central location just off a quiet street; a very clean and comfortable apartment.

Cons: This was not an issue for me or indeed a negative observation but the different levels of the triplex are, of necessity, accessed by spiral stairs that would be a challenge for anybody with restricted mobility.
