Excellent apartment close to metro, tourist spots, metro and has all basic requirements to cook etc.
Pros: Location is close to all tourist spots and metro station.
Cons: Had little hurdle to get the key and understand the access information initially but once we used once we got used and it became easy.

All good.
Pros: Great location near the train station & the 'La Grand Place' plaza area (major tourist site). Everything we needed was supplied (washer / dryer, etc.), and as we were at the rear of the building, it was very quiet.
Cons: The flat was originally book for four adult men, but we ended up being only three - there was one double bed & one hide-abed, which would be okay for two couple - it would have been a bit cramped for four people. But this is minor, we were fine.

Excellent location.
Pros: The location is great, we explored the Grand Place a lot which was an easy 10 minute walk for oldies. Sablon is closer and lovely with lots of nice restaurants and especially visit the church near Spar supermarket. You can catch the tram here but buses are even closer to the apartment. The apartment has great security and a lift, Dragos was excellent answering all our queries. The kitchen is very well equipped but no working space. Washing machine is a plus.Good strong shower but does cover the floor with water. I would recommend.
Cons: Contrary to what others have said, the mattress is really soft and for our ages, 63 and 71, it was very difficult. Younger people probably wouldn't notice.

Pros: L'appartement est très bien placé pour aller en centre-ville et déambuler à pied. Il est bien équipé, la machine à laver, le sèche linge, le micro-onde, la machine à café et Netflix sont des plus vraiment confortables. Il est fonctionnel et convient parfaitement pour 2 adultes avec 2 enfants/ados. Il est plutôt bien isolé phoniquement. L'ascenseur permet de monter au 4eme sans aucune difficulté. La literie est confortable dans la chambre, celle du salon est un canapé transformable. Honnêtement, c'est un bel appartement et le propriétaire a été très réactif pour nous répondre. Lidl est à 2 min à pied, très pratique.
Cons: Ces points n'entravent pas le fonctionnel de l'appartement. 1. Des petits travaux de plomberie sont à effectuer : - Les joints de la baignoire entraînent un écoulement de l'eau sur le sol, ça inonde tout. - La machine à laver fuit abondamment. 2. Un petit bémol pour la lumière du couloir de l'immeuble constamment allumée la nuit. 3. Étendoir cassé et manque de produits d'entretien d'où quelques poêles sales. 4. Léger cafouillage avec les codes d'accès erronés et d'entrée : un vrai bunker avec un portail extérieur, une porte d'entrée bâtiment, une porte sas et la porte d'entrée de l'appartement. Contact avec le propriétaire rapide et efficace ! Merci.

Posizione fantastica
Pros: Posizione fantastica. Sablon è un quartiere bellissimo, vivo ma non caotico, che ti permette di visitare il centro storico a piedi. L'appartamento rispetta quanto indicato sul sito, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Cons: Consiglio maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, che non sono indispensabili ma fanno fare il salto di qualità alla struttura. Fondamentale per Agosto/Settembre fornire anche delle lenzuola, oltre alla coperta, perché ormai il caldo si sente anche a Bruxelles. Importante. Se qualcuno ha problemi a prendere l'ascensore (spazioso e veloce) l'unico altro modo per salire ai piani alti è una scala a chiocciola, ripida e un pochino buia.

Pros: Appartement très agréable, lumineux et joliment décoré. L'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure, c'est très calme. Idéalement placé, près de la grande place.

Schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage
Pros: Schönes Apartment in top Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und immer sehr schnell. Man ist in wenigen Minuten beim Bahnhof, in Sablon oder in der Altstadt. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen in der Nähe. Auf dem Smart TV kann man sich in seinem Netflixkonto anmelden. Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ein Bonus!
Cons: Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle wäre angenehmer als Polyester.
