THE GOOD FLATS

Very helpful hosts who very kindly accommodated our late check out request.

Pros: Central location. Ideally placed for the city sights

Cons: Unfortunately the property overlooked some bars that were very noisy into the early hours of the morning.

Pros: Great accomodation. Very central, very modern. But still night quite noisy as there are pubs just outside the windows. But no problem for us.

Great location and a comfortable stay.

Pros: Location was amazing, close to majority of things that you need for your stay (Supermarket, restaurants, etc) and close to lots of sights and shopping areas. The Flat was a good size and housed the five of us well for the three nights that we were there. Nice to have a separate levels for the bedroom and bathrooms and living/kitchen upstairs. And the couch was spacious for everyone! And it was great to have a washing machine and dryer, although we had to buy our own washing liquid.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the street down below, but you should expect it when you are staying in the central area of Brussels. And the bar must of closed at 1am because the music stopped and the loud patrons moved on...and then it was quiet. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper when we arrived at the Flat, and whilst they provided one more roll for the stay, it didn't seem like enough for a Flat with 3 toilets and 5 people staying. Toilet paper seems like a necessity that should be provided by the hosts.

Pros: The property had everything, one needs. Located in very central place, it was surrounded by the shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat was clean. Will be back with great pleasure.

Pros: everything was fine however we had some issues with toilet during stay. Anyway it was nothing, the flat is super-located with good facilities and QUIET what was important

Cons: we had some issues with toilet desk during stay, fortunately we were able to fix it. Deposit is huge as for such a short stay, also you need to use a special internet gate which seemed surprising. We never saw the host but contact was good and all in all everything went fine

Pros: Amazing location, just steps away from Grand Place, City Centre and Delirium. Awesome view from balcony.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was fantastic. Nice and spacious - I was alone ;) and very peaceful. A great place to rest and unwind if you need to. It's very central. It was simply awesome.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about. I really enjoyed my time here.

Great location and lovely apartment

Pros: So well positioned right in the city area, which is great for dining and sight seeing and easy walk to central train station. The Kitchen was well appointed and it was great to have a pod coffee machine. The large living dining space and large bedroom was a welcome break from hotel rooms for me. It was clean and very comfortable and i loved the high ceilings. Very secure entry with easy access and clear instructions.

Cons: Air-conditioning was not working properly, so had to have windows open and then it was noisy. The addition of microwave would be useful.

Will come back again!
