Pros: The location of this property is top notch. Grand plac is only few meters of walk, restaurants and Carrefour nearby. Delirium village ( for beer lovers) is only few minutes away. I cannot praise the location more enough. There is a small restaurant called LAFEH ( Lebanese kebab) below the property do try that. The staff ( IMAM) were very accommodating even allowed us to drop our luggage early. The property is sufficient enough to accommodate 4 people. The amenities were decent enough. Coffee sugars and also a welcome chocolate were kept. Thank you for having us.
Cons: The water pressure in shower is very bad. If that could be fixed it would be helpful.

3 night break
Pros: Ideal location for exploring the city 😊. Loved the little extras including coffee & chocolate. Comfortable beds and quiet at night despite its central location 👍
Cons: Nothing really, tv didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal.

Cozy apartment right in the city center
Pros: Very nice apartment right in the heart of the city. Just a few steps from the Grand-Place, tram stop and Carrefour store. Friendly caretaker personally showed us to the apartment. Coffee capsules, tea, sugar and milk for coffee were prepared in the apartment. And chocolate as a gift from the host. Simply a great choice.
Cons: I only received information how to get to the apartment after I wrote to the landlord. We met the caretaker in front of the building and in the end there was no problem. And a few small things that are not worth mentioning.

A very convenient place for a short stay in Brussels.
Pros: The location, in the very center of Brussels. The kitchen equipment, superb. The host was waiting for us at the time of our arrival, so the check-in process was straightforward.
Cons: Small things: it lacks of convenient places to lay anything (a book, a watch, a phone…) in the bathroom nor the bedroom. I missed a small table, rack or shelf next to the bed, for example. No big deal for a short weekend, but it’d be a bit annoying in a long stay. Also, don’t forget your earplugs, it’s not the quietest surroundings in Brussels.

Pros: The place is pretty close to the square, convenient for eating out and nearby are the Elisabeth and Leonidas to buy chocolate gifts. The host is nice. I told them I would arrive early in the morning and they said it's okay and can keep our luggage till check in. They brought extra blanket immediately for the sofa bed after I said we were having was a bit thin. There's a kitchen and everything included.
Cons: Actually a washer or dryer in our room would be better. The one downstairs was not available at the time.

Pros: Location of the property is amazing. Everything is nearby. Grand palace is just a walk of 2 minutes. We had a baby, so having a kitchen was a plus. Strongly recommended.

Lovely place right in the city center if you want to explore the city
Pros: The hosts were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The location is amazing--right in the city center (which also means that if you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs). The apartment also has everything you could need.
Cons: The building is a bit older and is situated right in the city center, so if you're noise-sensitive, bring ear plugs because you hear everything. You see on minor details that it's not a personal home but nothing really worth mentioning.
