Fantastic weekend spot

Pros: Perfect location, right in the centre but quiet at night, supermarket right next door, comfy beds (even the sofa bed). Big thumbs up.

Great place with a few misses

Pros: The place is clean, big and spacious. It has a great location, near to great eateries and supermarkets. The owner provided laundry detergent, coffee and tea.

Cons: The kitchen is not well stocked. E.g. there is no pan and the pots do not have covers, knives are very limited. The access to the unit was a bit tedious. Has to take 2 separate lifts to reach the penthouse. Bed was a bit too soft for us.

Great experience

Pros: Location - in the heart of the city. In 3 min from Grand Place, the same distance to the public transport. Close to the supermarket and a lot of stores, bars and restaurants. The property - like a home. Very well equipped apartment. Beds are big and comfortable. Clean. Although the location, there is no noise from outside. The staff - very polite, kind and helpful.

In summation, the location is excellent. Book it during a cooler season Don’t expect them to go out of their way to help

Pros: The property location was totally awesome!! It is right in the middle of everything! We were truly impressed by this!

Cons: Unfortunately, the weather on our first day in Brussels was hot. The unit is not equipped for this type of weather. We had just flown in after 24 hours of traveling. We pretty much begged to allow us to go in earlier. The manager let us know that they couldn’t do this. The check out for the previous person was at 11:00am. They needed 5 hours to clean a small condo. We were exhausted, tired and hot just waiting to get into the condo. Once we finally got in, the condo was stifling hot. They only had 2 small fans. They also had a small portable ac unit. The hose of the unit was placed outside an open window. The hot air from the open window came in as well because it wasn’t sealed. It really isn’t equipped for hot weather. Thank God it got cooler. Once that happened, it was comfortable. In summation the location is excellent. Book it during a cooler season. Don’t expect them to go out of their way to help accommodate you.
