Centric location and lot of space

Pros: Very centric location, 3 min from Grand Place, easy reach from airport with tram station Bourse just across the street. Comfortable and spacious, easily fits 5-6 persons. Good WiFi.

Great Value for a Great Location

Pros: Perfect location in the centre of Brussels. Surprisingly good value compared to other places nearby. Easy to access with full details (codes etc) sent before arrival. Quite basic but clean and comfortable. 2 rooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Cons: All good.

Good location and comfy

Pros: Amazing location, open the window to beer museum, exceptionally good, all attractions were just 10 min walk. Very clean and cozy.

Cons: Just couldn't connect our netflix to television, and the owner wasn't helping to solve it as well.

Pros: The check in information provided was all very clear even to being informed the lift started on the first level. The location is great and entry is also safe and discreet even though it's in such a busy area. Adrien also assisted us with additional bedding and towels very promptly even though it was over Christmas time.

Great location, easy access, bad lighting and not enough hot water for the shower

Pros: The apartment was really well located, right in the heart of the city center, very close to Grand Place. It’s a comfortable apartment for 4, 5 people (2 rooms with double beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room), so ideal for 2 couples and 1 extra person. It was well equipped for cooking. There were a few coffee capsules and sugar available, no tea. Bathroom had a hair dryer which is essential for winter. Heating in the apartment was good too, comfy beds and pillows. Only a few things to improve.

Cons: The light bulbs were too dim in the kitchen and dining room and what we didn’t like at all was that the hot water runs very fast so if it’s winter you end up showering yourself with cold water. You need to rush for showering and that was awful. Also, the heater in the shower bathroom was super noisy, and since it was next to one of the bedrooms we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. Finally, a few more toiletries (shampoo, soap) would be appreciated. Overall it was an enjoyable 2 night stay.

perfect place perfect location 👍🏻

Pros: The location is very walkable distance from the central station of Brussels. If it’s your first time in Brussels then I would definitely recommend this place. It’s easy to locate but if you have already figured out the public transportation in Brussels much better since it’s also near a metro station. In terms of the place very spacious lots of rooms and very clean in my opinion and definitely would book this place again. I have no complaints regarding the place hopefully we can stay again for our next visit.

A perfect location in a brilliant city

Pros: The location could not be better, easy to get too and felt super safe. Getting in the property was easy. there was plenty of space to hang clothes and put luggage. The kitchen was ideal for coockimg etc, even though we did not use it. Adrien made everything very easy and was a great communicator.

Cons: The bed rooms had a slight smell of smoke, this is due to it being above a smokers courtyard. It did mean that the window had to be kept shut and the room not feeling as fresh as it could. Even at this, its not the fault of the owner who was brilliant.

The apartment was lovely, a good size for a group of 5. In a busy area but blocked out the outside noise well.

Pros: The property was in a lovely location. Was bigger than it looked in pictures and was easy accessible.

Cons: The bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from the previous visitors and caused many flies to gather in the bathroom

Pros: Location was perfect Whilst we didn't meet any staff, everything was handled smoothly and instructions were simple and effective.

Pros: Central location, very large and spacious place, has everything we needed

Cons: There is one flight of stairs before the elevator to the second floor, it was only inconvenient bcs we had seniors in the group
