Quartier des Quais Dansaert

Pros: Great little apartment. too good for 1 person. Good location, well connected no matter how you arrive in the city. Excellent communication from the owner. Everything great.

Cons: The bed is hopeless, too soft, too small, it is impossible to sleep. Clean the apartment a little better.

Light and warm

Pros: The apartment was really warm and light which was lovely when the weather wasn't so great. I was able to cook a meal and there were hundreds of tv channels. Was really quiet and I slept the best I've slept in a long time here

Cons: There's NO washing machine or dryer in the unit despite it saying this in the list of inclusions. I had to do a lot of sink laundry as I'd been counting on this. Things dried overnight on the clothes rack luckily. Almost half hour walk to central station

Pros: Good location for the main rail station Brussels-Nord within close by, and metro stations in both directions.

Cons: The safe did not unlock and could not be closed, brought new batteries, and tried again. The system did not allow me to apply a new password. Contacted the host and was given no help, with my laptop and passport not as safe as I would have wished. If they advertised a safe in the accommodation it should be a working safe

Super comfortable and really cozy apartment

Pros: Perfect location and it’s really nice apt. Very comfortable and warm

Cons: It was hard to wait for the opportunity to check in after the early flight. So if you want to check in immediately you should book it for the day before your flight

Location is superb

Pros: The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Public transportation is round the corner and their are supermarkets right next door. Its a lovely place for a solo traveler and I had a great stay.

Pros: Very close to the town, nice and clean and spacious, air con was put to good use and the little balcony was just enough space to fit a chair and take in the afternoon sun! Host was very helpful when i had some trouble entering the building

Cons: A couple flickering lights, didnt bother me personally but it may bother somebody else :)

Okay value for money!

Pros: Clean, fully equipped kitchen, air-con, hairdryer, iron, lots of storage, shop in 2 min walking distance “it’s called proxy”, good restaurants within 10 minutes walk, wifi was okay but not very fast.

Cons: - There was no toilet paper at all, I’ve looked everywhere and checked all the cabinets! Nothing! So I had to buy one and they come in pack of 12, so I left it all there. - They use halogen lights, both in living room and bedroom, unfortunately both had one defect light which is constantly flickering: meaning you get headache if you leave the light on for more than 2 minutes! I hope they read this and change them to LED. - No soap or hand wash in bathroom! - The bed is too soft but it’s okay!

Muy bien situada y cómoda

Pros: La casa está bastante cerca del centro y de la estación del norte, con lo que es muy fácil moverse. También hay pequeños supermercados en las cercanías. La ubicación me pareció muy buena y el barrio tranquilo. La casa es pequeña, pero más que suficiente para una sola persona.

Cons: No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Pros: Sehr schönes kleines Apartment in der Nähe des Kanals. In der Altstadt ist man zu Fuß in 25 Minuten. Das Apartment ist gut für Alleinreisende. Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man braucht.

Cons: Das Bett war ein bisschen durchgelegen.
