Exclusive two-level apartment with private terrace on the canal Brussels

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the train station, and the tram stop is right next to the building, which makes transportation extremely convenient. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well organized. The host was very attentive, friendly and always available for communication. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Great location, cost property and lovely host.

Pros: The property felt modern, cosy and great for our family. It was an easy walk to the Christmas Market and other sites, really easy to find and if we came back to Brussels, we’d definitely stay here.

Nice apartment but issue with someone entering the apartment and key not coming out of the door to lock it properly

Pros: The apartment itself is really great and has all the amenities you need. Close to the Christmas markets and the beds were comfortable. The host was accommodating regarding dropping bags off before check in so we could go out for the day.

Cons: From the inside the door would lock but early in the morning a man was able to open the front door and put his head into the apartment but quickly left when we had the sofa bed in use??? We could not get the key to the apartment out the back of the door, this meant when we returned from being out our bags had been in the apartment unlocked, this was the same the following morning when we quickly popped out for coffee we had to leave it unlocked. We hadn’t thought much of the key before our friend let us know about someone coming in unannounced and this made us feel uneasy. I did notify the owner but have had no response on this.

Very good value for money , the place is very spacious and modern with all you need for your stay.

Good spot for Brussels

Pros: The location was great for moving about in Brussels, the place was super clean and the facilities were good. The place smelled nice

Cons: The lack of air conditioning or fan for the hot nights. We had to open the windows in the bedroom and had to face the noise of the traffic. The staircase was a bit creaky.

Very Comfortable.

Pros: This property located in the city. Easy to go around and close to station and tramp.

Cons: Only bit strange about the staircase. Otherwise all is very good.

Pros: For one night was great, the 2 rooms upstairs were nice bed very comfortable. Location not bad 10-15min walk to the center.

Cons: For some people would be hard to go upstairs as the stairs were not the best. As we checked out would be nice to leave somewhere our bags so no need to carry all day with us. On the check out the cleaning ladies seemed a bit rude as they didn’t speak English and they were showing us their watch to leave. Was not the best way to leave

Pros: Big beds, good kitchen, good location, nicely decorated and clean:)

Cons: Smell of drain and flimsy staircase

Superbly located, well equipped apartment!

Pros: Location is excellent - 10 mins from Brussels Midi by tram, 30 mins walk. 100m from a tram stop, yet also 15 mins wander to the centre. Close (5 mins) to lovely area with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, and the bedrooms comfy. Shower was great.

Cons: We were very happy with the property. Only real points for others are the spiral stairs to the bedrooms are super steep, and there’s no real natural light on the living floor (the front shutters open directly onto the pavement/road). Not an issue for us tho.

A nice stay which is walkable distance to center.

Pros: The location and the house is newly renovated. It felt cozy.

Cons: Nothing much.
