Spacious BXL Loft

A good central place ideal for a group

Pros: BXL is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It’s decorated in bright, cheerful colours and even features a pool table, which adds a fun touch. There was only one shower so if you are a group, you need to coordinate. The good thing is that the toilet has a separate door so it could be used whilst someone else is in the shower. We appreciated the coffee machine with pods and the complimentary bottle of wine, a very nice welcome gesture. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Grand Place, with a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Cons: As the property is described as a loft, I was disappointed to find that it is actually a semi-basement apartment, accessed by a short flight of stairs down. The only windows are located at the far end of the apartment and are below street level, which means there is limited natural light.

Host was excellent on call anytime.

Pros: The facility were excellent. Kids loved it music pool table comfortable beds. Private garage parking. Really recommend it

Problem meets A solution

Pros: We had a problem as the previous guests smoked in the rental. The owner worked with us to allow us to sleep in a different part of the property while still being able to use the main property to play games and such. The owner was super friendly, understanding, communicative, and flexible. The apartment is large and there are plenty of beds for a bigger family.

Cons: Could use a bit more utensils and the like within the kitchen.

Apartamento muy grande y bonito.

Pros: Me gustó mucho el espacio del apartamento, es enorme y muy lindo. El dueño del apartamento es muy amable y servicial ( incluso se ofreció a lavarnos la ropa). Es un apartamento ideal para un grupo de 8 personas, muy bien conectado y céntrico. Llegamos a los lugares más turísticos caminando.

Um Zentral und stilvolle in Brüssel zu sein optimal.

Pros: Der eigene Garagenparkplatz ist eine gute Annehmlichkeit für Brüsseler Parkverhältnisse optimal. Der nächste E Scooter Parkplatz ist 5min weit weg und bietet die Möglichkeit egal wo hin zu fahren.

Cons: Die Ausstattung is etwas stärker gebraucht teilweise aber nichts extrem schlimmes.

Pros: Ampio spazio sia nelle camere che aree comuni Il biliardo un buon compagno di vacanza

Cons: Ambiente sviluppato nel basement dell’immobile con bassa circolazione d’aria.

Bel emplacement

Pros: La location est parfaite pour passer un séjour entre amis. Le garage est un vrai plus. Je recommande ce logement.
