Lovely apartment and in a great location near metro station

Pros: The property had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in Brussels. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). And the apartment was more than suitable. We had the double bedroom, and the sofa converted into a large sofa bed that our kids slept on. The apartment is in a great location, less than 5 minute walk to the nearest metro. Perfect location for exploring !

Pros: Presente tutto il necessario per la colazione:cialde caffè,biscottini,tè’ ,bottigliette di minerale. In dotazione macchina del caffè,bollitore, microonde.Disponibilità del phon e ferro da stiro. Ottima la posizione,zona vicinissima al centro raggiungibilissimo a piedi,servita anche da bus e metro.Zona tranquilla anche di sera

Cons: Quasi del tutto assenti gli utensili da cucina:solo una piccola pentola,del tutto insufficiente per pranzo in casa. No colapasta. La mancanza di tende crea poca privacy,presenti solo quelle oscuranti. Assenti anche un tappetino per il bagno

Pros: Le logement est très bien placé. Beaucoup de musées et restaurants peuvent se faire à pieds. Le logement est agréable et bien décoré. Il est bien équipé.

Pros: L'appartamento è spazioso e molto luminoso, comodo e pulito. Graditissime le capsule di caffè e bustine di thè per l'accoglienza. Nicky è stata gentilissima e velocissima nel rispondere a tutti i dubbi e perplessità in qualsiasi ora del giorno. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento perché la posizione è fantastica, vicinissimo alla fermata del tram nr.51, in una zona servitissima con supermercato a due passi ed un'infinità di locali e ristoranti dove cenare. Splendido soggiorno, grazie.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist verhältnismäßig ruhig. Die Küche und das Bad sind so ausgestattet, dass man einige Tage dort gut leben kann. Im TV ist bereits ein extra Netflixkonto eingerichtet, sehr aufmerksam.

Cons: Leider gab es nur eine Decke für zwei Personen, eine Zusatzdecke wäre schön gewesen. Auch ggf. ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung in der Küche (z.B. Pfeffer oder Gewürze). Geräusche von Nachbarn sind Altbaubedingt zu hören. Alles in allem gibt es aber keine Kritikpunkte.

Pros: Нам все очень понравилось, было чисто, тепло, есть все необходимое: посуда, кастрюли, сковородка,чайник, кофеварка, тостер, чай, кофе, сахар. Есть даже гладильная доска и утюг. Так как нас было четверо нам выдали два комплекта постельного и два одеяла. Читала отзывы и писали, что не было постельного или было холодно. Нам повезло, у нас все было отлично. Единственное с чем соглашусь, диван не удобный для сна и полы местами немного прогибаются, а так все остальное супер. Интернет есть, работал отлично. Локализация отличная , 15 минут пешком до Grand Place. Если возникнут какие-то вопросы, хозяйка отвечает быстро. В общем мы остались довольны, если ехать в Брюссель, однозначно останавливаться в этих апартаментах.
