Pros: Spacious and well-maintained apartment in a very quiet and peaceful area. Tram stop is right in front of the building and the metro is just a 3–4 minute walk away :)

Cons: The only small inconvenience was that the bathroom door could not be locked with a key :)

Pros: The appartment has apple space and 1.5 bathrooms. The location is great, you can take the subway and be at the main square in 15 min.

Very comfy apartament in quiet location

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable, with a lot of equipment. The host was communicative and answered all of our questions. The location is great, easily accessible by public transportation, several small shops are located nearby. Definitely a place to recommend.

Appartement pratique à Bruxelles

Pros: Appartement spacieux, bien placé en face d’un parc et à 6 stations de metro en direct de la gare du Midi. Matelas confortables, machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle, tres appréciable quand on se déplace en famille.

Cons: Aménagement tres sommaire. La porte de la salle de bain se ferme tres difficilement. Quartier pas hyper sécurisant le soir

Pros: Todas as divisões muito espaçosas. A Sala/Cozinha muito espaçosa com sofá cama. A pé da Grand Place 40 min e um TVDE custa mais ou menos 12 eur. Há um código para entrar no edifício e uma box com chave à porta de entrada do apartamento (Fácil).

Cons: Aconselha-se a compor a porta de vidro (!) do WC não funcionava bem. Não forneceram toalhas de rosto, exceto uma no WC serviço. Nos quartos não existem cobertores extra.

Pros: Bien situé, tram juste devant. Appartement très grand et bien chauffé.

Cons: Matelas à ressorts, confort moyen. Baignoire très haute, attention à l'accessibilité pour certaines personnes, débit d'eau très faible dans la douche. Peu de vaisselle et surtout pas de casserole.
